Athriller Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Greetings, this is a last minute save kind of thread, and will probably continue into a Valentines gift idea thread, so let me explain the situation. I'm looking for a Panda bear, of the cuddly kind, preferably holding a heart or something romantic. I've tried Ebay, but hmm... Not too great. I would be very grateful if someone could help me out on this.
KKOB Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Valentines sucks!!! if you love the person why do you need a special day? isnt an anniversary type thing enough??? plus its fecking ridiculous!!! if there was a valentines variant i'd shout- BAH-HUMBUG!!! karl
Meik Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 http://www.adorablegiftbaskets.com/valentine%20chocolate%20lover.html 80 dollars though, sheesh.
Athriller Posted February 4, 2006 Author Posted February 4, 2006 Thanks for that, but yeah, 80 dollars. My Student wallet does not mesh well with that. Appreciate the help, though.
mistermotto Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Love is for the weak, guys. Remember that.
mario114 Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Try a card shop, they allways get full up with them, and they normally are around £10ish.
MunKy Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Dont fall into the trap of Valentines day. It may have started off as an expression of love but like christmas its lost all meaning. But if you can get brownie points, then why not.
demonmike04 Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Jesus christ...the guys asking if you guys can find his request, not your opinion on Valentines day. Try your local card shops like some one else here said, i see alot of them around those sorta shops. Good luck mate.
Johelian Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 (edited) Hasnt got a heart but still Valentine-y; Panda In Love Another two HERE , about 2/3 of the way down the page. This one looks sweet from there, and its pretty cheap; ________ BUY EXTREME VAPORIZER Edited February 16, 2011 by Johelian
Athriller Posted February 4, 2006 Author Posted February 4, 2006 Thanks for the fforts Sarkas_Girly, but those pandas don 't take my fancy. And thanks for the other suggestions folks, I was thinking of trying those card shops that I've never cared about in the shopping centre. That said, there's no point now. I love you, Jo, that one is perfect. Cheers!
Kurtle Squad Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Valentines sucks!!! if you love the person why do you need a special day? isnt an anniversary type thing enough??? plus its fecking ridiculous!!! if there was a valentines variant i'd shout- BAH-HUMBUG!!! karl I hate it too!! but it didn't stop me spending £35 on roses for my gf
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Buy them something practical like a drill or a nice chair.
The3rdChildren Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Just dye a regular bear black and white.
AshMat Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Get her a rose from a motorway van. Valentine's is a load of erm.. boohockey tbh. I mean, that's what anniversaries are for. We're pressured into buying things for our gfs or bfs (if we have them) and some of us may not have the money, then the other one (usually a woman, no offence) gets all annoyed. Try clintons or a card shop, they'll have it in.
Kurtle Squad Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 You could give her a night in bed she'll never forget .....And some roses incase that doesnt worrk!!
Cubechris Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Cube Chris might be the man to ask. You beat me to it
Athriller Posted February 4, 2006 Author Posted February 4, 2006 You beat me to it Tell me Cubechris, I am yet to buy it, are there any other Garden of Edens full of Panda bears?
Guest Jordan Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Nah, it's a running joke in the "Halo 2 crew" Chris' girlfriend is a Panda.
