Rummy
Really expected better things from Xenoblade myself, thought it'd fly off the shelf to majority of WiiU owners over there!
Wii
BOMBA. Don't think I have seen a Nintendo published title bomb as badly before. FFX did worse than I thought. Also I know its been said plenty of times but Nintendo not being able get minecraft on it's platforms is criminal. Just moneyhat it already!! And another thing. You're talking about a company that can't even get Pokemon on the Wii U. Their own franchise, what chance has anything else got if they can't manage that? I hate the $h1t but surely it would help somewhat. Another piece of crap announced for the 3DS today. How many is that now?
Goron_3
I'm amazed at how badly the 3DS is doing worldwide. I've said it for a while but they really need to release a successor to it and asap.

Wii
It says here that last week was the worst week of sales in Japan since 2001. Not very surprising. It did stand out as an awfully bad week. http://kotaku.com/the-worst-japanese-sales-week-in-a-long-time-1706242144

I've said it for a while but they really need to release a successor to it and asap. 3DS isn't doing "badly", it's just not doing great. Abandoning it at this point would be a bad idea. It's best not to rush a new device out.

I never said they should abandon it and rush a new device out. I've always stated that a 5 year life cycle for the 3DS would be best, putting a successor out in 2016. Wii
A little late but here's the UK sales charts. Individual Formats All Formats Kirby is clinging on in 40th place. I expect it'll be gone next week. There's only 2 Nintendo titles in the top 40. It will be interesting to see how high up Splatoon places next week. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ This weeks Japanese software and hardware sales charts. Kounan
What's wrong with Xenoblade? PS I do think that Splatoon will do well, at least during the whole lifetime (I just don't see how is that going to fail, unless they announce NX to soon - if the NX is a new console). Daft
Witcher 3 is amazing. Every time I play it I can't help but get sucked in. And I generally hate fantasy games.
Josh64
The sheer scope of Wicther 3 is what puts me off, despite it looking so amazing. It's the kinda thing that would have blown my mind as a kid but scares me off these days.
Daft
I honestly wouldn't worry. The whole thing, each quest, feels amazingly episodic. I can play it for a single hour or a few and still feel I was getting the most from it.

It's the kinda thing that would have blown my mind as a kid but scares me off these days. It's overwhelming at first, but then becomes less physically imposing the more you play. The stories and quests just drag you in and you can quickly sink hours into it. I'm ashamed to even look at my play time...I don't dare look. Wii
This weeks UK sales charts. Individual Formats All Formats Splatoon did rather well. Shame it didn't reach number 1. See Nintendo, it pays to advertise.
khilafah
Not sure if splatoon did that well. Are we looking at 15k- 20k? Considering the big marketing campaign are am not sure if that's a good number or not. Let's see if it has some legs in the UK.
Mr-Paul
It's good for Nintendo in the UK. We're probably one of their weakest markets. I've seen more advertising for Splatoon than any other game on the Wii U. If they continue this level of marketing it might have some legs. Mr-Paul
Apparently all over Kids TV is where the ads can be seen Also all over the likes of Comedy Central etc. and in cinemas. Don't know about ITV/Channel 4/5, don't tend to watch them a lot, and if I do, I record what's on and fast forward through the ads!
