Dannyboy-the-Dane
I'm glad that some of you at least want to trust me, but I don't really think there's anything that can prevent my demise today. I didn't actually get that I'm the one who's holding the keys at the moment, but it suggests that as long as I'm neutral, I'm considered a threat to the town. Eenuh
Ok seeing as I have to leave and won't be on until way later tonight, I'll post my info now. Not sure it means anything but still. I found out that ReZ is Prime Minister Arthur Langley. Nothing suspicious there, but then my info also said that he wasn't invited to the birthday party. Which has made me suspicious of him this entire game. If Dannyboy does not turn out to be our last threat, and there's another night coming, I request someone to protect me. With the attempt to take my life last night, I do not feel safe. =P

Marcamillian
Ok.. last night I silly...ly thought Aqui1a still to be in the game... so Jonnas kindly reminded me that the ThePeeps was my target and redirected to Eenuh as people already know. As for the killer... sounds bad danny.. real bad. ReZ.. why not come forward now its been revealed that you are an uninvited guest. Quite rude to not introduce yourself... this just won't do! I was actually insulted to not be invited. My role PM said that the princess forgot to invite me, and forgot to tell everyone else I was coming, and that it was almost as if she didn't want me there. Rummy
Nobody targetted Danny, but I was convinved he was the reason for the game to continue. Therefore, I am Vote:Dannyboy. I'm giving up looking for answers to my other questions, now. Though I'll ask ReZ, did you ever target me? Vote: Dannyboy dAMMIT! I had actually come to thinking before last night that Peeps was the princess, and thus his maids did his dirty work, but I think it's obvious now who our princess may be. I also think Danny must either kill her, or all of us.
ReZourceman
Though I'll ask ReZ, did you ever target me? I'm sure as long as no one roleblocks me (if they even can) that I can't/won't die now anyway, so I'll reveal all the finer details Cube hasn't. - As I wasn't invited to the party it means I didn't get a room. As such I choose a target at night and I sleep in their room. Anyone targeting me targets them instead, APART from if they themself target me, which is why I've been trying to target townies, as I didn't want to target the killer and have them just kill me. - So I targeted Smigz on night 1 and if he targeted to kill me I would have died. Scared me. - I cannot target the same person twice. - I never targeted you, as I never were 100% of your allegiance until very recently, in which a few other names had moved up my list of "definitely townie". ReZourceman
But you could have also caused a mafia to kill someone else on their team... A risk I wasn't willing to take. Any one of them could have been the one to make the kill.
heroicjanitor
Wow this turned out much different than I expected. As soon as I read the write-up where Nintendohnut died I thought "Dannyboy is withholding the keys even though the princess is safe. He'll be roleblocked tonight and we'll lynch him tomorrow." Why roleblock Eenuh... Vote: Dannyboy

I see. I ask because(and I previously tried to address but it didn't go very far) the first night I targetted myself a few days ago, I believe Jay said he targetted someone he was certain to be town, I assumed he meant me, but then I think he said he targetted you, and you said you targetted him. Yet Jonnas told me that you both targetted me. I think this was the night he punched the polite man or something. A curiosity I still don't understand, if neither of you targetted me and Peeps swapped two other people. It was the night mr-paul passed; http://n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1235478#post1235478
ReZourceman
Oh....having just checked my sent PMs, I did target you. That night. Lol. Apparently you were in my "not suspicious list" earlier than that. :p
jayseven
I did indeed target rez, which means anyone targetting rez would be roleblocked. If rez targetted me, then his... 'conduit' power wouldn't've passed anything on to me because anyone targetting him would've been role-blocked before his power could take hold (I presume). One person tried to target rez that night, aside from me. Mr-paul's letter-writing role targetted me and saw that I punched the polite man. I will say now that if you read over all of his notes you will see they are all cynical and reflect the incidents depicted in a harsh light. I do not correctly remember who the polite man was. I do not recall who Peeps targetted on that night (6) either, so I'm afraid I have no clues. I've not targetted you at all in this game. Oh, well that makes my post irrelevant then! Rummy
Oh, I hadn't even noticed that. TIME WILL TELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL! Jonnas
Vote Standings Dannyboy-the-Dane (5): Cube, Jayseven, ReZ, Rummy, heroicjanitor (Majority is 5) The Final Majority has been reached --------------- "Oh, Dannyboy...how dare you?" "Yes...You made our ending an anti-climactic one. Whiskertington has grown irritable because of this." "...And he unjustly killed The Peeps." "Ah yes, that as well." Audio Dannyboy let out his natural Scottish accent "Ahh... What a shame... And I was so close... The ultimate trophy, the royal crown, slipped right from underneath m'nose. And I would have escaped, free of blame, had it not been that meddling maid..." The five Gentlemen circled Dannyboy, they wouldn't let him escape. Never! Dannyboy simply laughed "As if that'll work..." The Dane Lad drew his trusty knife and spun it around in place "Are you sure? Want to try yer luck?" "Vague threats do not-" Dannyboy quickly grabbed Whiskertington and held his knife close to him. "And that's that." He said, as he approached the gate. John Nash pointed out "You will have to release your grip on either the kitten or the knife if you wish to open the g-" A loud noise interrupted him. The Scotsman had kicked the gate open. "Ha! It is not as if I ever needed those keys!" Dannyboy released the kitten and walked away. "We'll meet again, friends! I certainly look forward to the day!" Dannyboy has escaped. He was the Hunter, Angus MacNeil. He was Neutral. His goal was to personally kill the princess. -------------------------- Silence befell the house. The gate lay open. Its dwellers, speechless. ReZ Horseman broke the silence, once Whiskertington had calmed down "It...It seems that every killer is gone..." He let out a chuckle "Which means that... I win!" Audio "What?" "No!" "I was correct!" "He tricked us all!" "Likewise, ReZ, I am slightly befuddled..." said the gatekeeper "...Along with the rest of us townies!" "Ah... The victory feels empty, though..." sighed Eenuh Heroicjnaitor agreed "Yes, so much bloodshed..." "Things could have gone much differently had we spoken clearly, instead of partaking in this pointless game of murder and treason" said Cube "Whose idea was this in the first place, anyway?" Everyone glanced back at the Gatekeeper, John Nash, and remembered... (...) “I will openly challenge this group to a mafia duel!†the gatekeeper said as he removed his glove and threw it into the ground (...) "...Vote: Jonnas" "W-What?" "Vote: Jonnas" "Gentlemen! Did you not enjoy this?" "Vote: Jonnas" "Please, there must be a common solution for both parties!" "Vote: Jonnas" "L-Let me explain!" "No!" shouted Eenuh "As Princess Olivia, and as this party's hostess, I sentence you to a death that might satisfy us all! Vote: Jonnas" Majority had been reached, and the gatekeeper had nowhere to run. The remaining eight Ladies and Gentlemen jumped on his sorry carcass and unleashed all the wrath they had within. Even the crocodiles were satisfied with that night's dish. ---------------------- All the threats have been eliminated! The town has won! Audio Eenuh Princess Olivia Having survived this complicated ordeal, Olivia grew to become one of the most popular personalities in British history. She eventually married Lord James of Wales, effectively making him the King, but everybody knows she is the one truly in charge. Cube Duke Philip Manning Since that time, the Duke has travelled the world several times over. Remaining always loyal to the crown, his influence and wisdom proved instrumental in the Kingdom's prosperous future. heroicjanitor The Detective, Neville Gladstone This eccentric detective, or "The Janitor", to his friends, eventually released a book, detailing the complicated relation between psychological human behaviour and algebraic statistics. It was shunned by the scientific community at the time, but which revolutionary theory isn't? Jayseven The Pugilist, Walter Armstrong This paranoid athlete lost much of his previous inhibition, allowing him to become champion in every sort of sanctioned tournament, including the Olympics. His current goal: to gain a title in every single weight class. Good luck, Walter! Marcamillian The Fencer, Alphonse Matthews This exceptional fencer, bored with the life of monitored duels, eventually disappeared. It is said that he now travels the world, searching for worthy opponents. Rummy Commander-in-Chief Steven Manleigh The life of a military officer is never easy. He boldly refused any sort of reward for his help in this incident, yet, to his death, he would always enjoy the undying loyalty of his peers. His night-vision monocle, however, would always be declared "far too situational" for practical use. MadDog Judge Victor Campbell His violent methods exposed, Campbell was deposed of his position as Judge. Commander-in-Chief Manleigh eventually summoned him, to teach new recruits how to become real men. The British army would become more fearsome than ever before. ReZourceman Prime Minister Arthur Langley He was never a popular figure, and this event would not change things. At a later time, he launched a cologne brand named after his kitten. It failed, but that did not bring down his optimism. Hope is truly never-ending for this man! ------------------ Comments and personal thoughts to come later! jayseven
Genuinely the best game I've ever played. Not once did I ever really feel that I could trust anyone. The tone was spot on, the paranoia was endless. If I chewed my nails, then I would've chomped through half the street's thanks to the tension this game had. A great balance of roles. I am eager to hear how the mafia feels about the game. I'm ecstatic that danny was planning to kill eenuh (in teh sense that I would've felt real guilty if we had killed him for no reason) - I suppose that if eenuh had been killed, town would still win. I guess it was a case of danny or eenuh to join us. Fantastic game all round. Words cannot describe. Posts cannot be thanked enough. Well done Jonnas. THANK YOU Jonnas! Mr-Paul
Well played guys Although I didn't survive until the end, definitely the best mafia I've seen. Slightyl anti-climatic that Dannyboy was the last to be killed rather than the mafia, but I guess that it was good in a way, there was a twist! Sequel please???? Diageo
Absolutely loved this game, well done Jonnas. Every other mafia game will pale in comparison to this now. I almost don't want to make my one. And now, where did I lie?
