BSO are in danger of being promoted and I'm not sure I want that. :S

The match went well today except a key defender went off injured. The main thing for me this season is my form and that is pretty good at the moment.

I'm one win off a fried egg but next up is Jaffa Munchers and their last line up was very strong.

Edit: Ach, just realised it's double-header time. That came around quickly.

Damn you Odwin...

I will get you back at The Whorethorns...

In other news I've got a double header with a managerless team, so hopefully i'll get my form up and get some of the young'ens more match experience.

No idea whats up with my computer I am on XP as another user. Will try and get the two lower league reports up tonight then do the new ones in order before the game. What a mess!

Anyway I really needed that win I'm suprised at 3-0. The league is so close now!

Ok everything is back to normal.

Very odd. Lower league catch up reports incoming tonight!

Mcoy won 2 - 1 away against a very tough formation 5-4-1 which makes Mcoy happy.

Mcoy is suprised at how close the league is really, a win and loss to any sides could really change anything around and Mcoy considers 1st to 6th place open for all. Mcoy doubts the top 3 spots will guarantee promotionas the vikings and mike strikers are bound to be gone next season. Mcoy dosen't really care about promotion as he is enjoying the battle of the lower leagues at the moment.

Tellstorm 2-0 Mike Strikes

Tellstorm's fans wanted a much needed morale boosting win and for a while it seemed even against a side sans manager this may not be possible. Tellstorm dominated possession but their frankly limp attacking force failed to make any impact. It took until the 92nd minute for a goal to come then Arasson shot in another a minute later to make it 2-0. The scoreline makes it seem a more respectable win than it actually was. Both teams are going nowhere and are desperately in need of a fresh start.

Recall United 0-0 DuD's Baggies

Two teams that could potentially be promotion rivals sparred against each other without either hitting a K.O. United decided to play Deacon solely up front using a 4-5-1 formation, he failed to be suppled effectively by the midfield who created less chances than Baggies. On the ones that fell upon him he failed to control properly and had a disappointing game. Baggies also lacked punch and didn't field their star striker Elliot. United have still yet to beat a promotion rival while for Baggies they may be disappointed they didn't take more points but will look forward to the return tie.

The Adorable Vikings 0-2 Battlestar Odwinica

Odwinica had a chance to show off future talent against the manager-less Vikings. This was seen after 25 minutes when 18 year old youth Oliver headed in a well placed cross to give Odwinica the lead. Odwinica dominated possession with Collin and Gullian locking down and controlling play in midfield. Collin 3 minutes before the end of time advanced up the pitch and decided to take a shot for nothing which ended up slamming into the side of the post and in to roars from traveling supporters. Another good solid display of the long term strategy that Odwin is cultivating.

Complete Domstercool 2-2 Jaffa Munchers

Complete Domstercool had a point to prove against the Munchers, after he has been accused of not being a fully competitive side from a few pundits. Mansell's header early on seemed to give Domstercool's fans hope, Domstercool midfield heavy side dominated possession and closed out the half. However in the 2nd half the Munchers came out fighting. Haky shot in a long range effort to tie things up soon after the restart. Mansell replied with his own long range effort but Domstercool picked up a number of injuries during the match. The worst was the one to veteran defender Horner who was replaced by a midfielder because of lack of cover. The injured side failed to stop Munchers pushing forward and Albalah Munchers captian headed a goal in to give the Munchers a well deserved draw.

Analysis

Most Important Result: Complete Domstercool 2-2 Jaffa Munchers, turning of the tide? Domstercool needs to get some good victories against top teams Munchers did well with this result.

Turned on the Style Award: Jaffa Munchers, turned on the attacking flair to get the away draw.

Player of the Day: Complete Domstercool, Miles Mansell, the young striker punches well above his weight and scored two great goals to get his team a point.

Mcoys Sons 4-1 Complete Domstercool

Mcoys Sons hosted Domstercool with a clear objective to show who the true title contenders were. The Sons got off to a blistering start when Harris dodged past two defenders and slotted one past the goalie to put the Sons into the lead. Jevons the up and coming Sons player then headed one in to the helpless Domstercool's defense. Harris then played more party tricks nutmegging a defending before wrong footing the goalie and scoring another, by this point the match was over. As the second half began yes that man again Harris weaved into the box one more time to then flick it over the goalie and complete a wonderful hat-trick. Siddal broke away from a sleepy Sons defense to gain some pride back for the visitors. But it was to late, Harris sadly was injured before the end but was given a standing ovation as he left the pitch.

Mike Strikes FC 0-5 Battlestar Odwinica

Another away win against a manager-less side for Odwinica. The match was never in contention, after 8 minutes Gullian headed the ball in from a Collin curling cross. A goal just before half time sealed the win to the satisfaction of many Strikes fans who left the pitch. Those who stayed would have seen a great display by Collin who shot in two great long range efforts and set up another headed goal. But credit must be given to the whole team, a great display could they be going up this season?

DuDs Baggies 2-0 Tellstorm

This was a must win game for the Baggies to keep up their promotion hunt. Straight away in the match the Baggies bound forward and were awarded a free kick just outside Tellstorm's box. Freekick specialist Standen stood over the ball, stepped back and wrapped his foot around the ball sending it curling around the wall into the net leaving the goalie standing. Tellstorm began to chase the game and landed themselves two yellow cards and shortly after the half resumed they gave away another free kick outside the box. Standen stepped up again and walked back but this time quickly ran forward and blasted it in wrong footing the goalie. The free kick master was on top form and got his team a crucial 3 points.

Jaffa Munchers 2-0 Recall United

Jaffa Munchers headed into this match wanting the win and played 4-3-3 while United played their usual 5-4-1 leaving Deacon up front again. Early in the first half things remained static with few openings for either team, two of the Munchers team were injured and on came subs Molhov and Tal. As the 2nd half resumed these two subs looked more and more threating and soon Molhov headed in a goal from a long lob. Minutes later Tal headed in his own goal! A great pair of subs gave the Munchers the victory and kept them in the title race.

Analysis

Most Important Result: Mcoys Sons 4-1 Complete Domstercool, strong victory shows a divide and puts the Sons in the ascendancy and Domstercool looking unsteady.

Turned on the Style Award: Mcoys Sons, super display of attacking football a title winning display.

Player of the Day: Mcoys Sons, Broderick Harris, clean sweep for the Sons, Harris was incredible had the game of his life and scored a mesmerizing hat-trick.

First cup game, against a brand new team. Shame because I hope it doesn't put them off playing!

5-0 thrashing to me, meaning my next game will literally be the youngest players for some experience :)

Also!! Somehow I've moved leagues so pretty much every team in the league is from Essex. Huge coincidence, or made like that?

Haden United 3-0 Roostophe Rovers

A crucial match for two teams that are as of now title contenders. United played a balanced 4-4-2 while Rovers tried to dominate the midfield with a 3-5-2 formation. United struck first as Weesle found Camconi the veteran defender in the box, where he unbelievably shot in a great goal. Tensions seemed to flair up as both teams nervously tried to create chances in what was a tight game. Every one of Rovers defenders earned themselves a yellow card as the game became closer. However in the 79th minute United star player Agostini headed in a cracking goal, moments later Weesle broke through on goal and was pulled back. Camconi stepped up to take the penalty and scored his 2nd goal! The match was over and United gained a great victory and kept themselves in the title race, a race that Rovers themselves are still very much in.

Emo Blades 3-0 Dysonism F.C

Blades fans have been the whipping boys of various traveling fans. The Blades simply seemed incapable of scoring goals, 6 games and not one in sight. However after 2 minutes against Dysonism the Blades gained a corner and new signing Zeca at last got a goal for the club with a header in off the crossbar. The stadium erupted and the players bundled Zeca. Disaster soon followed for Dysonism, one of their defenders was injured in a rough tackle and the manager had no defenders on the bench. He was subbed for inexperienced midfielder Sprito who sadly was not up to the task. The Blades gained another corner after half time which Zeca whipped in and Coid volleyed home. At this point the Blades were creating chances left and right and scored one last one after a shot in the box. A superb win for the Blades they can score goals!

Essex Elites 1-0 Secret United

The two rivals from the championship last season met again in the Premier League today. Having beaten Cube FC on Tuesday the Elites wanted to beat United today. After 8 minutes the Elites midfielder Hooke found himself with room in the box and curled one past United's keeper. The Elites needed this win and found themselves having to repel United attacks. While they also pushed forward, United just about had more chances. However the Elites defense was on great form with goalie Telfer putting in the best match of his career to secure 3 points for the Elites and shoot them into 3rd place in the league.

Cube FC 0-3 AFC Rezs Rabies

This was in many ways last chance saloon for Cube FC and sadly for them they failed to bail themselves out. Cube went for broke playing 4-3-3 however Rabies 4-4-2 worked out much better.

Rabies had 4 chances to none in the first half and scored via Messiah and Wiberg. All aspects of the Rabies were in sync and linking up superbly. Cube simply did not have anything to offer, Rabies soaked up the pressure in the second half and Gladh broke away and slotted in the 15th goal of his career. For Cube they are now surely finished and should look to rebuild for the Rabies they are now only 3 points from safety.

Analysis

Most Important Result: Every one was important this week but, Cube FC 0-3 Rezs Rabies as it seemingly buries Cube FC this season and gives Rezs Rabies a load of momentum to build on.

Turned on the Style Award: Emo Blades, what a turnaround turned on the style big time.

Player of the Day: Bartholomew Telfer, Essex Elites, gave the goalkeeping performance of his life to get the Elites a much needed victory.

Yeah deeewd! :D

Haden, you're clearly going to mop-up at the 2009 forum awards. Although you won't find out until 2013. And by then the world explodes, remember.

Unless there is a wierdo who posts xpert reports award I don't think the rest of the board cares! lol
