interesting video that has been doing the rounds...my favourite bit has got to be the monkey island bit;

///A Film directed and animated by MUSCLEBEAVER///

This animation we did was planned and animated for the prologue of a documentary.

(That explains the absurd, unfinished seeming, ending. That is where the actual documentary starts.... )

The briefing was to show kind of the evolution of computer games.

The documentary is about different characters, based here in germany , describing their everyday lifes, dealing with their , yeah more or less, addiction to the same specific, famous "massive multiplayer online role playing game".The "W" one.

Every INTERPRETED figure in this prologue was drawn (..or pixeled) with all its´animation steps and animated frame by frame.

I concur, was most pr0. Tis a shame the ending bit blew.

Yeah the ending definitely wrecked things just turning things into a mass orgy...bizarre.

I like it, even though I wish it had been more apparent where he was heading with it. The beginning with Pong turning into Pac-Man and Space Invaders was great (albeit the Pong part was drawn out a little too long to my taste), but then stuff just got weirder and weirder.

Truth lol and tbh this could have gone in the "Funny video's, flash games etc" thread but nvm. :heh:

Yeah I knew it could have done..but like you said nvm.

bad start. great ending. could have been so much more dry humping.

ahh who gives a shit, really? ^___^

Who doesn't love a pixelated, yet still hot Lara Croft getting an orgasm from Luigi humping her foot?

... No, seriously, who?

It could have been more epic at the end. Personally, I think it would have been better if they just kept going with newer and newer games.

Tr00. The only bit that was good at the end was, as I've already said, the Ryu/Guile love affair, with the epic mustaches!

The entire thing was bizarre but well made. Kotaku summed it up pretty well with "The most bizarre 5 minutes of your day" or something.

Haha, that does pretty much fit the description. It started out with me thinking "oh, its a tribute to classic games." But then, Luigi humping the Croft's leg? It got a bit creepy towards the end.

I enjoyed the Pong and Pacman bit in the beginning though, it was simple but I quite liked it. With the musics.
