Jimbob Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Jeez, there's Dirty Dom heat. Then there's the heat Hogan had during his sporadic appearance. People just didn't want to see him at all.
Will Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Quite enjoyed Raw and can see myself watching at least through to WrestleMania. I do with these shows weren’t quite so long. Maybe I’m just getting old but 3 hours of Raw + (I assume) the same for Smackdown is just too much wrestling for me each week. I feel like 2 hours (so under 1.5 considering ad breaks) for each is quite enough for me. 1

Good thing is that as NXT and SmackDown are still shown on network TV in the US, those two when shown here on Netflix (if you don’t watch live) actually have the ad breaks cut out. So NXT still runs 1 and a half hours and Smackdown around 2 hours 15. It’s only now Raw where we will have to deal with the full three hours, and you can even tell that the show still caters for ad breaks when it cuts to black for a second then comes back. 1
CrowingJoe79 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I was bored yesterday, so I listened to Jon Moxley chatting on a podcast with Chris Jericho, where Moxley was open about his departure from WWE in 2019. I'd have left too. Those promos Vince wanted him to say live were just the dumbest. 🤪 1
Helmsly Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago (edited) WWE's Vault channel uploaded the enture 2001 Royal Rumble match a few days ago: I think this is one of the best Royal Rumbles of all time (or at-least for me, its tied with RR '92). So much about this Rumble is entertaining. I don't think there is a dull moment in the entire match. This really was an amazing era for WWF, with Stone Cold, Rock, Triple H, Undertaker and Kane all in their prime as well as guys like the Hardy Boys. I remember watching this live and it was at the time that Channel 4 aired PPVs, which I noticed a lot of people in the comments for this video mentioned too. I also noticed a few edits/changes they made. They dubbed over Stone Colds Disturbed theme he was using at the time and replaced it with his normal music. i assume for copyright reasons. Weirdly, Undertakers Limp Bizkit theme is there in full though. Also there is a part when Terri Runnels walks to the ring and King makes a few comments about it being "nippley in here" that they removed. Edited 22 hours ago by Helmsly 1
