The fish Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 When I saw Goldfrapp, I though I knew exactly where my vote was going. I've been presently surprised, and now have to vote for A Fine Frenzy.
rokhed00 Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 I'll go with Goldfrapp, the Whisper vieo did have some nice photos though.
EchoDesiato Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Not really the stuff I'd usually listen to, but A Fine Frenzy made me feel the best.
Coolness Bears Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Eeeeeeeeeeep! Very Difficult! A Fine Frenzy is my favourite singer so Whisper. though I also Love, love, love Goldfrapp. (cheeky I know as I nominated A Fine Frenzy)
Paj! Posted December 13, 2008 Author Posted December 13, 2008 Hmmm...I respect A Fine Frenzy, but it's a bit "Indie cutie-pie voice of an angel pretentious name" syndrome. And Goldfrapp make some of the most interesting dance/electronica crossover music, but the fact that isn't even their sole genre makes me love them so much. Really good at folktronica-y stuff too. But yeah, Twist. I've heard Whisper in too many other songs.
Eddage Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 A Fine Frenzy for me although I wouldn't really listen to either if I had the choice.
ReZourceman Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Whisper - A Fine Frenzy eff tea double yew.
weeyellowbloke Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Hmmm tough one, I usually love Goldfrapp but for some reason I didn't find myself connecting with this one while Whisper seemed a bit Dido-esque "Middle-aged dinner party" like. Hmmm, alright Whisper-A Fine Frenzy.
Eenuh Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 A Fine Frenzy was nice to listen to. Goldfrapp's song was good too though, but I preferred the other one.
dan-likes-trees Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Wow, thought id voted in this one Goldfrapp for me, though the other wasn't bad
Oxigen_Waste Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 I've always hated Black Cherry. Felt Mountain is probably the only Goldfrapp album which I'd consider TRULY great. The others are all ok, but none is actually great. A Fine Frenzy is ok, but not high tier, either... I vote blank.
Molly Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Whisper. Not the best Goldfrapp...blah etc etc.
