EEVILMURRAY Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Where's the love for Driving Home For Christmas by Chris Rea? WHERE IS THE LOVE DAMMIT!? Mad World from the Donnie Darko soundtrack is still the best Xmas No. 1 by a reasonably large margin. Oh you can eat the finest steamy shit of a elephant right now if you're serious. Chacarron on the other hand would make an awesome number one.
Dog-amoto Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 WE"RE WALKING IN THE AIR!!!!! Always reminds me of Christmas, Also I love In Dulce Jubilo by Mike Oldfield. As for pure hatred, would have to be Last Christmas by Wham. It's got absolutely nothing to do with Christmas, the lyrics are awful and it's just cringeworthy bad.
Scarf Face Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Chris Rea- Driving home for christmas Reminds me of driving home to Liverpool from Leicester, lovely memories.
killthenet Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Ashley : That song you are thinking of is called "Sleigh Ride". There are countless versions of it, but in my opinion you should check out the version by The Ronettes.
somme Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Christmas songs should be banned. They're all horrible.

The fish Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Merry Christmas Everyone - Slade That song should be banned, and Slade be shot. The CIA will still use it as a method of "interrogation" (read: "torture"), though...

Guest bluey Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 i've had "fairytale of new york" in my head ALL DAY >__< but its not a bad one as far as christmas songs go - i like it - it says "life's a bit crap sometimes but merry christmas!" i've discovered that if you sing the first 3 words of "do they know it's christmas time?" at random intervals throughout the day while at work you can REALLY annoy your co-workers ^__^ MWO-HHAHAHAAAA
Eenuh Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 I hate Christmas music Me too, kinda... It's usually just annoying and crappy (all the pop songs). And I've gotten seriously tired of hearing all the carols and stuff. Can't think of any Christmas music/song I like.
