flameboy Posted May 1, 2011 Posted May 1, 2011 Bit annoying about the Store — I have credit sat in my account waiting to purchase Red Johnson's Chronicles and Outland — but a bit longer wait isn't going to kill me. At least this should mean a bumper month for Plus: given that it'll be a lot of people's first experience with the service, now would be a good time to pull out all the stops. I wonder if it will be...will they had out whatever was scheduled for Plus in May as well as the free content as part of the "Welcome Back" package.

COuld end up being a really good thing for Sony, giving everyone free plus membership; it's the least they could do, but they could also get some extra plus memberships in the long run too. Especially if they make you have to cancel the subscription!

I've made every 15,000 posts on these forum. So that statement holds no water. I don't want to fight. I'm not a Sony fanboy. I am a fan of the PS3. Just like I was a fan of the 360 prior to me getting a PS3 (The posts are way back in the 360 thread if you really need to check). And before that I was a massive Nintendo fan (Yes the posts are way back there, too). Now I've got a new PC I play mostly PC games at the moment, to be totally honest. My PS3 is used for streaming HD films off my desktop now. There is a massive difference between being a fan of something and being a rampant fanboy. It's not too hard to make the distinction. I have no loyalty beyond what I enjoy. I have no illusions about multinational corporations be it Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft. I haven't defended Sony's momentous cock up. Personally I've been indifferent to it because I'm covered. I'm glad they've been given all this shit, it's the only way they will learn. I do think it's been slightly overblown and I do think they're doing a good job making up for it. I've had enough of you now. The terms you think in are childish. Your arguments are childish.
