Maiky-NiSuTe Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Many friends of mine often ask were i buy my game music well ill tought why not show you all: 1. Game Music Online --> http://www.gamemusic.com The good : They are VERY reliable and have a wide selection of products. The bad : They still have some pirated CDs for sale, avoid these if you can. The ugly : The oldest soundtracks will never be restocked, I don't know why they still list those who have been long out of print. rating : 9/10 Excellent Online Store !!!! 8D 2. CocoeBiz --> http://www.cocoebiz.com The good : They specialise in soundtracks by Noriyuki Iwadare(Grandia, Lunar), Motoi Sakuraba(Star Ocean, Valkyrie Profile), Shinji Hosoe(Internal Section, Driving Emotion Type-S), Ayako Saso(Internal Section, Driving Emotion Type-S) and Koji Hayama(Cho Aniki Series, Front Mission 3).. The bad : Nothing bad about CocoeBiz comes to mind. Ms Kahori Ezaki does everything she can to support the international VGM fans. The ugly : Ugly ? That does not compute =P rating : 10/10 YES, YES, YES !!!!!! This is a great store to shop at, as they offer items that aren't available anywhere else. 3. Otaku --> http://www.otaku.com The good : Some rare CDs are to be found here. The bad : Most of the titles are out of stock at the time being. Hero-of-Time Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 people still buy music? I always buy Gaming Music when I can as I like to have the original versions rather than copies. I hate all kinds of copied goods, especially DVDs, annoys the hell out of me.

Shino Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Seconded. Is has everything but the donkey kong country 2 soundtrack which is my favourtite. anyone know here i can find this. Is there an alternative to Galbadia Hotel? I love the DKC series sound track, DKC2is my favorite too, specially the pirate ship (the first one).
Maiky-NiSuTe Posted August 8, 2007 Author Posted August 8, 2007 Galbadia Hotel has all I need. : peace: They sure do indeed and if the rip doesn't work ill look over there. and to the question how i rip game music. well it is hard to do but link the console to your PC (or laptop in my case) and start the game and when you hear the tune you want record it. and try to shut of the sound effects or sometimes pausing the game works good to sins the music often continues.
