It is preferable to guess without resorting to that

And yes.. Wave Race: Ble Storm is correct (I was surprised it wasn't guessed sooner.. particularly after going with Wave Race 64 beforehand :heh:)

Bonus Point Available  (and there is still one other remaining)

OK, here are the scores to the best of my knowledge:

Scores

/ nando / (14)

goaferboy (13)

Moogleviper (8)

Shino (6)

Happenstance (5)

Deathborn (4)

Patch (4)

darksnowman (3)

Chris the great (3)

Jonnas (2)

D_prOdigy (2)

steggy (2)

Coolness Bears (1)

welsh_gamer (1)

ShavenWolf (1)

Mundi (1)

Coolness Bears (1)

Pookiablo (1)

Points to note: dwarf's score tally added up to 26, even though only 25 out of 27 were guessed, so someone has an extra point somewhere.

Was Soundtrack #10 in fact '18 Wheeler', as guessed by Nando? I didn't see a confirmation of that, so nando may deserve an extra point if so.

There are some audio clips still to be guessed (see top of this page) and there is one more of steggy's pictures left:

I think we need another clue.

ha i got rock n roll racing right :D you left me out :)

Yeah, was trying to think of something that wouldn't give the game away too easily.

The game was released in 1995, and had an expansion pack released in 1996. Both games carried a subtitle "No ____" and each blank is a synonym for guilt.

Oh and to make it a little easier, here's the box art

Just saw darksnowmans guess of X-Com, which is...wrong.

Another quick clue, it featured FMV with mission briefings and cut scenes. One of the characters has also done voice work for Sonic, Metriod Prime, and stared in the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Sorry, it was a little chaotic back there. If it gets too difficult, I reserve the right to give up on keeping score!

/nando/ you're confidence inspires me! Correct. I have fond memories of playing it on the arcade machine in a pub. Good times!

Later downloaded it on VC when I had a Wii. Got stuck on a level where you are chased by a screen. It took place on buildings and was very unfair because if you chose the wrong path you died. A lot of the things about that game were backward and retro (ala the lack of save function and weird perspectives which didn't really show where you were or allowed you to know what was an actual object or path) but it was still immense.

..aye.. it's a game I have never made it to the end of either (though I have got very far :hmm:) I got to a level where I just could not see where to go next and I looked everywhere within the time limit.. I still have no idea what I was missing!

The majority of the opening stages are quality.. but a few of the latter ones seem less so :hmm: However, it is well worth a download if you like classic platform games.. I have fantastic memories of it  Thank You :yay:

Lol almost brought a tear to my eye! I'm going to look on Youtube to see how to get past that level. Maybe look at the ending.

Funny thing about that game was the Story, beyond laughable! They may as well have not included it.
