Guest Stefkov Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 only got french lit left - already done the first 2 -literature is the easy one *cringes* I dislike the French, not that has anything to do with the language. I think the language is funny... I'm doing a re-sit on my Core 1, everyone says it was easy but they're those who're good at matsh so...I got an e. Resiting it before after I do Core 2 on Thursday.

bencallis Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Done some proportion question so far so good bar this: If y is inversely proportional to the square of x, write down an equation connecting x and y given that x = 2 when y = 3.5. Could anyone walk me through it?
Chuck Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Geography and Maths tommorow. Fun times. I am quietly confident about both despite them being my most feared exams. Same. Although Physical wont be as bad as Human next week. Im shitted for maths Done some proportion question so far so good bar this: If y is inversely proportional to the square of x, write down an equation connecting x and y given that x = 2 when y = 3.5. Could anyone walk me through it? Inversly proportional means y = 1/x2 in this case (without the square generally) Ill post this while I think

Slaggis Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Geography and Maths tommorow. Fun times. I am quietly confident about both despite them being my most feared exams. I've got the same exams as you, maths I am dreading, i would rather eat my own hand than do it. I always forget rules of trig and aalways forget how to do cumulative frequency table/graph. Geography however, I'ver never done a piece of revision for it in my life, yet i always (dont jinx it!!) get A's. Its just all basically common sense. ARGH MATHS
Dyson Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Grr, 3 Philosophy exams on Thursday, ghey. FUCK, just found out they're on Tuesday. Fuck fuck fuck fuck!
Supergrunch Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Done some proportion question so far so good bar this: If y is inversely proportional to the square of x, write down an equation connecting x and y given that x = 2 when y = 3.5. Could anyone walk me through it? I'd suggest you go here, where I've answered your question.
bencallis Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Cheers. Geo revison time. Better get some sleep too:heh: Arghhh not enough time. Why do I leave things till the night before?

ARGH MATHS In my case, anyway, its non calculator tommorow so trig won't come up so you have an extra week to learn it. Anyway, I'm prepared for what tommorow will give me so Halo time then an early night:yay: Although, 1up Yours may extend that early night somewhat. Good luck. Back at you, big man.

ipaul Posted June 3, 2007 Posted June 3, 2007 Geography and Maths tommorow..... feeling reasonably confident for both of them Not revised for maths, although I'm not desperate to get an A for that subject as I have no passion for it at all.
