Uhuh, this is hot one...

Yeah anyway, theres been a tonne of threads about your set up, but lets see inside your computers!

Hot naked PC pictures! Oh yes, lets see how much dust you've got :D.

Today, i'll show you the inners of 'Fatality' my latest PC. Running for 2 months and due to something (either the cases anti-static material or the low fan useage) theres literally no dust at all inside her.

So, heres a pic. Tomorrow i'll show you the inners of my server.

Please join in, this could be a little bit of fun.

Hot stuff Jordan. I might get an 8800 by the end of the year (or an equivalent one).

I wish I had a cam so I could show you my 3 PCs: Messiah, Reborn-Messiah and Neo-Messiah.

As you can see, every single one of them were highly anticipated.

Sorry for the quality, this was taken with my phone and without proper lighting.

That XT might get an additional X if the memory on the board is the right kind. I should check that sometime. And couple of things left out: under the zalman, there is an E6300 and to the right of it 2x1Gb memory.

I'm pretty amazed that you still have floppy drives

Here we go:

P1010049-1.jpg

1. CD Rom drive (just CD, nothing more, no writing, it's ass).

2. DVD Rom Drive/ CD Writer (not bastarding plugged in)

3. 40GB HDD (Main drive)

4. 40GB HDD (Secondary)

5. Sound card, god knows the make.

6. GeForce 6200 256mb all that junk, graphics card.

7. Intel Celeron 2.4ghz Processor

8. 512mb DDR

9. Ball of dust

10. Floppy drive

Also, about the DVD Rom drive, while i was in there i decided to unplug and look right in, to see if there was a cable that had come out of the DVD drive, no luck. I know what kind of cable i need to plug in (i think). But i was wondering if taking it from the CD drive and sticking it in the DVD Drive would work..

Also Bogbas, can I assume that your graphics card heat sink sounds like F-16 taking off too?

Yeah, especially when booting up the machine. And the case I have has some noise reducing material on it's sides. This machine would be pretty silent without that graphics card.

woh! I have a Core 2 Doe E600
Sure it's not a "duo" 6000 or 6600? :heh: I've got some photos of mine but none of them are very good at showing every part, I'll put mine up tomorrow if I get time ^^ 6 months ago it probably would've been one of the best PCs on N-E, but it's already falling behind now *sigh*

If you loosen the motherboard slightly you might be able to adjust it so the card isn't bent.

Winnage for you - Zalman coolers are teh height of naked computer porn <3

Not sure what you mean, the card is bent because of it's own weight. The PATA connector at the end isn't in the way as it's faced towards the front of the case. I've supported the card by hanging the power cord so that it won't allow the end of the card fall too much. Thanks for the tip though.

I had a zalman vf 700 on my old graphics card. I will probably switch the stock cooler on the x1900xt to something more quiet in the summer.
