Binge drinking helps pile on the pounds so after a year of less drinking, and not eating crap I have finally gotten to a weight I'm happy with. Anyone else lost/want to lose weight? I used to weight little over 8st, and ended up seeing a dietian, and it really worked, got up to 10st 2lbs, but since I stopped I've found it hard to stick at a weight and it's started to drop again.
