I'd have thought 1200 is easily enough, I doubt you'll go full on clubbing every night so it easily leaves enough for drinking, eating and activities. Should be able to have a great time!

I went to Ibiza in 2002 and my flat mate just got back from a trip there. I absolutely loved it when I went. Are you staying in San Antonio or Ibiza Town? The island is small enough to get around whichever your in but San Antonio is better for partying with Ibiza Town the more chilled out family holiday side. Clubs and beaches are all I really did, with bars in-between. All of them are pretty good, and I think mostly about 50 Euros or 70 if it's a big night. Just off the main strip in San Antonio was a bar called Sgt Peppers, we spent a bit of time in there every night, if it's still there I'd definitely recommend it. Best tactics are get the promo people to give you the free/cheap round of drinks then move on to the next place.

The one race that is on at a decent time and I'm not going to be able to watch it until way later. Looks like its going to be awesome if wet. I'm going to go with some sort of crazy result happening. Either a Schumacher or a lotus win.

I often wonder if I could win a fight against a Dog. In my head it seems reasonable that a human would win but too many people seem to get eaten by them. I guess you never really hear about the times when the person won the fight.

That intro is absolutely awesome, didn't see it over the weekend as I only watched the action itself. Next time I'm in Europe with a nice car the Monaco GP is top of my list of things to do. Anyway... What an amazing race! It's a shame they had the red flag as I think the final laps were looking like being totally stunning. Another good win for Vettel, that guy is just stunning at the moment. Pleased with my prediction, who would have thought three guys, each on a different strategy would end up having a race like that, brilliant! Totally loving everything about this season. I just wish every race wasn't an early morning start.

I think the tyres could make things very interesting. In theory if overtaking is still hard you could end up with very different strategies, and a fast car stuck right behind a slow one. This race has the potential to be Mansell vs Senna all over again. 6 minutes in.

All of these adverts are great, I don't know what you guys are on about. Maybe I'm just comparing too much the utterly terrible US adverts. Now there is something to complain about.

Girls. Well one in particular, things are still going amazingly well. Spent the majority of the weekend with her and it just feels so natural. I can see very good things coming from this. iPlayer. I am so glad I have access to this, English TV is so superior to American I can't describe it. Having the desktop app for iPlayer makes it so easy to keep up with everything.

Just applied for a job that could be absolutely 100% perfect and I should be pretty much the perfect candidate for. Things are going amazingly well with a girl I really really like. I live in one of the most amazing places in the world. Life is good right now

Looks really good, I wasn't too sure about this when I first heard about it but it's actually nothing like what I expected. Definite watch for me at this stage.

Oh just because I bought a chess set to teach her to play. Purely an NE thing, I don't personally refer to her as that.

The chess girl is a new (ish, 4 dates over 3 weeks) girl I've been seeing. Things seem to be going amazingly well and I really like her. The risky flatmate situation is still risky. I told her a little while ago I don't want to be anything more than friends but she still pushes and thinks it till happen at some point. I should really move out but it's a good living arrangement apart from that. She's away from three weeks from Wednesday so hoping the time apart will do some good.
