Went out with the 49 year old again last night. Ended up staying over at her hotel. Had a nice meal, a good amount of alcohol, and various other things. Definitely a good night.

I haven't checked this thread in a while so sorry for the slow reply. Yep still SEGA and the new job is now well underway. I'm basically managing the approval process and business plan for all non-boxed product. Just making sure the right things get through and that we have a fully backed up reporting procedure for when they do. It's a hell of a lot of work but very enjoyable. Eddie, the engineer situation over here is a strange one. I don't think we do have too much of a shortage of developers, but companies like Facebook, Twitter, Google etc. have pushed salaries up so high everyone else is having to do the same to compete. The problem is that it's so easy to get funding for your own thing over here that many people choose to do that rather than work at a company. I don't think we have a shortage, just a massive massive tech bubble.

Thanks guys, still my favourite place on the net even though I don't get to post as much as I'd like. Great to have such a good bunch of folk around.

I really don't get how some of you guys manage to be so terrible at dating. It's like you've given up before you've even started because of what might happen in some weird alternate reality. I really could smack some of you upside the head. Dating is easy, and it's fun, and the worst that can possibly happen is you have a funny story to tell your mates and a bit more experience to do better next time.

I have to say Generations is bloody good. Really really enjoying it.

I met a nice girl tonight at the local Sushi place, my friends were incredibly drunk and I got talking to her taking the piss out of them. Stalked her via foursquare and been chatting with her via that all evening. Think I'll ask her to dinner sometime soon and see how things go. More good times.

Congrats, my sister is out there at the moment and absolutely loving it. I'm sure you'll have an absolutely awesome time.

I went out with a super cute Chinese girl a couple of days ago. Stunningly good looking, really really nice person. Works as an artist at a games company, and trying to get into book illustration. Not too sure what she thought of me but she agreed to a second date. Fingers crossed.

Finally after 9 months of waiting I got a new work laptop. I can operate at a normal level.

But oh so good.

I am, but she isn't. Oh if that were the case it would be totally none-weird. The situation as it stands? That's what is a little weird imo.

55 year old was actually only 49, and ridiculously milfy. I actually had a really good time with her. If she were 20 years younger and lived in San Francisco I'd probably be thinking it could go somewhere. Weird.

Some new notebooks:

I'm about to go and have drinks with a 50 year old woman. I chatted her up a few months ago in a bar (she was very milfy) and she said she'd let me know next time she's in town. Really not sure what deal is with this though, I half remember the chat being along the lines of she didn't fuck the first time she met someone but would be fine with it the next. But I don't really know if that's the case. Should be fun, at worst it's another funny story to tell.

I enjoyed that little bit in the lounge, but Jenson sounded like a prick to be honest. I much preferred Seb's part of it: JB: "Didn't you see me at the start?" SV: "Ya, behind me" At least it was something like that, I don't like Button too much anyway so I guess I'm biased. Anyway, another great race and a fitting end to the championship batter imo. The rest of the season should be great, the racing has been fantastic as it is and now nobody has got anything to lose really. Would be great to see another Ferrari win in the remaining few races.

Such sad news, loved all the stuff he did, his flair, vision, truly a great man.

I really like wearing nice clothes, but since moving to America I've found it very hard to find things that I think fit properly. Most of my wardrobe is Superdry or Topman as they're the only things here that actually have a slim fit. American slim-fit suits/smart stuff is what I'd call just about fitting, regular size stuff is what I'd call ridiculous. I really want to buy a load of nice stuff, I just can't find it.
