So how does this work? Would you have to pay to have it as 'purchased' in the same way you do on Wii for instance, or would you pay a subscription and you get access to all films? There's certainly some good arguments for digital downloads. For instance, what is the real difference between me downloading Geometry Wars for my Xbox, and having Halo 3 on a disc?

Exactly. It's almost as if people actually want to live on the internet. I love going round shops and buying crap. I do a lot of online shopping as well but I still like to actually have physical media.

He was brilliant when I saw them, and even my really picky friend said his voice was good. I saw videos of them at Leeds and yes they were bad. Recent videos are really good though (for this type of band, not like 'real' singers) in particular some of the acoustic stuff they've done like the recent AOL videos are very good. I'm personally not really bothered about seeing Blink back, but each to their own.

Also bought new pillows and some bed sheets. Don't know if anyones ever bought some bed sheets with a bloke but it's super gay I wanted to do an Alan Partridge 'We're not gay!' at the checkout :p

Used to love Blink, Violence is one of my favourite songs, not quite as into their older stuff as I used to be. Love AVA, some really good tracks on the new album in particular, Lifeline being one of them. Delonge's voice has also improved a lot since Blink. I saw them live last year, was fantastic. I do like +44, although I am particularly amused by Mark Hoppus 'slamming' Tom for doing a cover (just a slow cover by himself) of a couple of Blink songs, only to get his band do a full cover of some of Blinks biggest songs. Pretty good music though, and I'm looking forward to hearing some new stuff from them.

I like Blu Rays for buying films, but agree about the renting going with downloads.

So who bought Unreal then? *Raises hand* Should be online for some games at some point if anyone else got it, although i don't have a headset for the PS3 so wont be able to talk.

Anyone going to pick Unreal Tournament this Friday? I haven't bought a PS3 game since I got the system so on the look out for a new game.

I really don't want to see a digital world of films and games on hard drives. I want my discs. I'm glad that I can have all my music on my laptop and I can carry a selection of it around on my iPhone, but I don't see films as the same thing. I like to watch films in different places. I might take a film around to someones house and watch it there. I don't see it as quite the same as music. Digitally renting films is a great idea, but I like to physically own all of my other stuff.

Why do people buy covers for stuff? I mean, if it's to keep it looking nice, it wont matter because it'll be in a cover. Surely you could use it until it looks like shit, and then cover it up?

I got further this time than when I first time I tried it. Very annoying to have to sit through all of it every time you get a game over though. So if I was really rubbish it'd be easy?

WHAT AN UTTER FUCKING ******** BASTARD THE LAST BOSS IN REZ HD IS!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH. The last boss is just so much harder than the rest of the entire game. I don't think I'm ever going to finish it. Ever. Got to the 3rd stage of it and then just kept getting levelled down. It seems impossible. Just too much firing at me from every angle. The most annoying thing is it's one of the best games ever. :-|

I had 13 hours of lessons with someone a couple of years ago and hated it due to him being a tosser, so I quit and never got back into it until last August. Picked it up with BSM really quickly and by November I'd passed and owned a car and everything. Best advice for tests is simply, carry on if you make a mistake. If you think you've failed don't give up because you might not have.

I never have any problems with my wireless connection. Bought Rez HD, love that game. Graphics are fantastic, the music really makes the game though. I've got the game on Dreamcast but nice to be able to play it with cleaned up graphics and it means I don't have to get the Dreamcast out.

Yeah it is brilliant. I love the game, played it yesterday for a few hours and was addicted to it. Will most likely play through a load more this week. How long is the game?

Good for people who just own a PS3, although I will get Burnout on Xbox due to Live, and there's not a whole lot I want on PS3 right now. When is Dark Sector out? That looked decent when I saw that. I know thats not an exclusive but I'll probably pick it up on PS3 if I do get it.

Heard them talking about it on 1UP Yours and it was only £8 on Amazon.

Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 did alright together on Xbox 360 so I wouldn't have thought there would be any problems with those 2. PS3 needs more exclusive games, I think people with both systems are going for Xbox versions of games because of Live and Achievements.

Really enjoying Ratchet and Clank at the moment. Such a brilliant game with some excellent cutscenes. Definitely glad I bought a PS3 now. Can't believe Gamespot gave it 7.5. Far too low. Turns out my Playstation Network problem is actually a problem with Orange Broadband. I can't access some sites, PSN, or iTunes Store. Really annoying. I'm looking forward to in game XMB. A much needed feature in my opinion. Isn't MGS4 the next exclusive game? Maybe it's Haze? I'm not too clued up on PS3. I'm not that interested in MGS, and Final Fantasy. What other exclusive games are out this year?

Could anyone make me very happy and tell me PSN is currently down. For some reason iTunes, Playstation Network and iChat (only the jabber account) have all stopped connecting. I also can't access Apples store. I can get on most of the internet though...
