Took me about 4 days. Sent it Monday got it Thursday. They're meant to be slightly more rubbish now though. Could be any time. I assume you'll be getting it back with nice new insides now though, so hopefully it wont feck up again. Gutted for everyone without a console at Christmas. I personally think Microsoft should put a lot more effort into getting it back to owners quicker at this time, as people are going to want their consoles more than ever at this time.

*High-Fives* Mine got dispatched today, should be arriving in the next 2 days. Ratchet and Clank arrived today, as did the Blu Ray remote. Got Uncharted and a few Blu Rays in the post. Looking forward to this Saturday. A week off with a ton of games, Sky+, and a load of movies.

I play bits and think wow this is really cool, and then something will happen in it that really annoys me. I think I'll keep it and just ocassionally stick it in the Xbox. Maybe I'll have finished it by the time the sequels out.

When I played through that level I was carrying the bloke, got right outside the chopper and then got shot 1 too many times. That was only on normal though as I'm rubbish. Played some of the multiplayer earlier which was a bit daunting at first but got into a bit. Did fairly well in 1 or 2 games, crap in some others. Up to rank 4 anyway, and it wasn't quite the nightmare I'd heard starting out on that game was.

Have to say just got to Demascus, and so far I'm bored out my mind. I've just been on a horse that changed colour every time the game loaded, and now I'm just wandering around wondering what I'm supposed to do. I think I should a) not play it when I'm too tired and can't really be bothered, and b) not play it right after Call of Duty 4 as it makes it seem incredibly dull in comparison. Played some more and I'm beginning to hate it. I was hanging around waiting to assassinate someone when one of those ***** carrying whatever on their head walks into me, and suddenly I'm being attacked. Brilliant. Wish I hadn't bothered with this. Might just trade it in.

When is this out? And whats the difference between this and the full game? I really know nothing of anything to do with Playstation :p

Right getting a 40GB one. Told my dad to buy me Pirates of the Caribbean 3 on Blu Ray which forced me into getting one. Really is a good deal. I can get a Blu Ray player for £290 or a PS3 with a Blu Ray player for £270. Doesn't make sense to me. Who would go for just the stand alone player? Right done it, ordered one. Bought Ratchet and Clank for it as well as I'd feel wrong owning a games console with no games. Bought a blu ray remote and a selection of blu ray films for it. I think I'll stick with Xbox 360 for multiformat games just for the fact that most people on here will use Live. No idea what games I'm ever going to get for it. Probably Little Big Planet, and possibly God of War 3 if I ever get around to finishing the 1st and buying the 2nd. Might buy Flow as well if it's not too much. Is there a PS3 Loco Roco in development?

Lol, that was good! Can someone tell me to buy a PS3 please? I want a Blu-Ray player and I can get one for £269 in the form of a PS3. But I don't really care about any of the games on PS3. Not sure if it's worth paying all that money for just a Blu Ray player. AAAAAARRRRGGGHHH can't decide.

I had one of the worst nights sleep I've ever had last night. Went to bed at 8 and watched Top Gear on Dave for an hour then went to sleep only to be woken up at 11.24. Couldn't get back to sleep until at least after 3.30. Felt absolutely awful all day. It's not nice driving to work when you're exhausted.

Exactly, It's kinda clever the way they do it. Milk a franchise by releasing one every year but giving the 'good' team' the 2 years it takes to make a truely good game.

As I said in the Xbox thread, it's one of the laws of gaming. Only ever buy even number CoD games. This will be average, I'll ignore it then the next one will be awesome and I'll buy it. CoD4 is one of my favourite games right now, it's so unbelievably good, so I'm looking forward to CoD6.

Congrats on the test. I kind of enjoyed tonight. Drove around for a little while from 7 until 8ish listening to some of Richard Hammonds book in audio form. Stopped off at Asda bought myself something to eat and drink and looked at all the dvds and games. Bought myself Snatch and Layer Cake, and decided to get Zelda on DS. Also bought xmas presents, My Sims for my sister and the latest Kylie and Britney CDs for my mom. From then on drove most of the way to Sheffield from Tamworth where I live and then just turned back round. I've wanted a really long drive since I passed so quite enjoyed it. That was until I noticed my tyre was flat and I had a nightmare trying to find an open petrol station to get it pumped up. Unfortunately looks like I'll be using my christmas bonus from work on a new tyre and sorting out my dodgy headlight adjuster. Damn cars...

Todays been crap and will carry on being crap. Got a massive headache, feel sick, and to make matters worse my parents are having a party here and invited my ex girlfriends parents. I decided I'm going to go out. Trouble is I've got nowhere to go. So I'll probably be driving around aimlessly for a few hours.

Nah it wont happen. This always happens. Something Shenmue related or Dreamcast related always pops up from time to time and it always turns out to be nothing.

I would absolutely love Sega to remake the Sonic series (1-3). That would be so much better than the crap they've been putting out. A new 2d HD Sonic would be even better.

I noticed that. I'm liking this update. Makes the Xbox actually feel like like a powerful machine now rather than slow and crappy like the slowness of the dashboard made it feel before. In my search for an answer I read this as well. Which is crap. Why can't you delete what you like off your tag? I mean, I'd expect it to delete gamerscore but why don't we get a choice?

Really, we should be glad. Activision could quite easily force the developer to make a CoD every year rather than giving them the time they need to make something awesome. This way they can still milk a franchise while we who know can still only buy the good games.
