Michael Owen's career is about England and it has always been that way. Rafa knew Owen was not good enough and thats why he has never tried to get him back. Dunno why some liverpool fans have been asking for Rafa to sign him. That would of been such a step backwards. I see Owen on Sky saying he has missed playing/training at a top club. Well Michael, why did you join newcastle after bailing out of madrid. Oh it must of been that £110,000 per week wages I guess. Funny thing is, Souness didnt even want owen. He wanted Anelka but the club signed owen instead.

putting on pro tour mode is crazy.. so hard to judge! Damp greens are killers also as judging the power is tough.

nobody seems to have this on the other consoles board so thought i would ask in here as the wii version is basically the same game with different controls. I have the 360 version and wanna know how you improve the power stats. I do the drills and it goes up but then when I complete a round in career mode the stats go back down. I cannot drive the ball further than 250 yards. On long Par 4 courses I am struggling to hit the green in two shots. When I play online the other players are hitting the ball much further than me. I do not play with the silly unrealistic assists where you can add more power or spin while the ball is in the air for example. Is that the only way you can improve your power? I hope not or my copy is not gonna be played much.

why would you want owen? The guy is clearly finished at when it comes to playing at the top top level. Clubs like Hull and Stoke are right for him..

Damn my Japanese 360 has RROD so I am gonna have to get that fixed before I can get this. Got a feeling we not gonna see this in Europe for a very long time. The King of Fighters XII better be coming out soon after US/Japanese release or I am gonna be seriously pissed off. Lucky we got Garou: Mark of the Wolves on XBLA next week to ease the pain.. you do get use to it and it is not until you are back using SD that you realise what HD is about. Even on Sky HD which is not the same quality as HD-DVD/Blu-Ray you can see a big difference when you switch between HD and SD coverage. Football (Champions League so nice), Cricket, Tennis etc looks stunning in HD. Try watching Tennis in SD after seeing it in HD, trust me it is not a pretty site. Although DVD is still okay I still notice a big difference when I put one on straight after I watch a HD-DVD.

With no EPL coverage Setanta are pretty much dead. Huge cancellations and no new subscriptions. I want them to survive as they are the only channel that will support French and German football. I am gonna ask for a reduction before I cancel. Hope the SPL can get a deal with SKY although I am not sure where SKY is gonna fit them in on there schedule. SPL should of never left SKY when they did. Huge mistake on there part.

looking forward to reading reviews as I am worried it will end up being pretty repetitive. Hope the missions are pretty varied.
