YEEEEAAAH! Man it's good to have The Vince back on track. Sometimes I forget how awesome this book is. The ending was ace. Saw it coming straight away obviously but that was part of the charm.

Everyone knows it's Void vs Everyone but the how of that for me was totally open. They've released a whole bunch of books this week spoiling huge key moments in the fight.

depends on how much you want to read, really. The main series- ie the stand alone issues that make up the central plot- are all collected in a single trade that you can grab for peanuts online. It's pretty cool, too. the wider Civil War conflict is covered in special issues and tie ins that ran alongside the main book in the solo series' and team books over the same period. Obviously, that's alot more stuff. depends on how much you want to read, really. Argh mental day! Was in Leeds last night for LCD Soundsystem which just Rocked. The. House. Stayed with a friend and then had to hot foot my shit back to Sheffield in time for uni at 11. Made excellent time though and had time for a coffee and a bacon egg sarnie before I started. Which is good, because Wednesday is Epic Lecture day (seriously, how long is long lecture?) and today it was made extra spicy by a grand finale of a mock exam in conditions. Blargh. Not good on a few hours sleep on a smallish sofa in a basement with drain issues coming from the toilet...

Maaan! What a gig. I only just got home. It was incredible! Yeah! was just off the hook awesome. So many good tracks- they're just an absolutely storming live band. All bands should have 7 people in, and preferably one of them should always be James Murphy.

What a total bastard thing to do. edit: 35 mins of footage Footage from Bungie themselves: Luke Smith is pretty fucking good at Halo, as you'd imagine for a lead designer. Best footage yet by miles. Actually shows what Reach is going to feel like for people who aren't really, really shit (seriously, how are journalists so bad when they play games for a living?)
