Don't worry, the game hates me too: lol

I love 2D platformers but i feels like there is little alternative to them in the overall library of the console, which i think is a bad thing. I'm fine with the number of 2D platformers the Wii U had but there really should be a wider variety of games on offer by now.

I know that the second image here was debunked. Someone found a youtube video from last year that was used as a template to put the battle mode option screen onto. However I don't believe that first image has been debunked yet... And after seeing the leaked screenshots of Miyamotos games just now, I can't help but notice that those have the same purple backgrounds behind the TV as this image.

You have to upload it to youtube so that Miiverse can embed it into your Miiverse post. Nintendo don't actually host the videos themselves

There definitely has been improvements but at times it feels like more like incremental steps then strides. And sometimes a step back from from some things they have done right in the past. There is also a weird disjointed feeling on how Nintendo handle Online gaming from game to game.

I'm having fun when it works, but I am getting quite a few communication errors now. Its happening a lot more then it was a week ago.

Wow Quick start is so fast! I was going to post pretty much the same thing, i want quick start on because its a huge improvement to the console but I don't want standby functions on at all

Mario Kart TV is a nice feature but I wish you had a little more control over the footage. I want to be able to control camera angles, choose what parts of a race I want in the highlight and put in slow-motion clips. I can understand why they kept is so basic and easy to use, and it is a great feature but it would have been good to have an "advanced option" somewhere in there with a few more features.

i think the problem is what they had before (in MKWii) was perfectly fine. Why change it and make it worse? I guess they can always patch it in at a later date though.

yeah I'm a little puzzled as to why they changed it like this, unless I'm overlooking something here. MKWii's way of handling time trials and ghost data was close to perfect.

I'd love to use a gamecube pad with MK8, because I exclusively used to play MKWii with the gamecube controller for all those years.
