  1. Famitsu posted some images from the Switch 2 Experience in Tokyo: https://www.famitsu.com/article/images/202504/40886/359334
  2. WWE uploaded a nice little behind the scenes video for Wrestlemania 41:
  3. Yeah, agree with a lot of what you both wrote. I enjoyed he main event of Night 1 and most of the matches over both nights, however the main event of Night 2:
  4. I also imported my copy of AC, as I was convinced it was never coming to Europe. I had read about it in N64 magazine for a long while and just assumed it was a game that would never come out of Japan because of how different it was to any other game at that time. I remember I looked on eBay to find a US copy and was lucky enough to find a person in the UK who was selling one and it came with a Freeloader disc. The person I brought it from had already started a save file on the memory card that came with the game and rather then start my own town, I thought I would check his town out of curiously before deleting it and making my own, but it seems the previous owner had unlocked every single NES game and basically turned the second villagers home in a little arcade with them all lined up, even the unobtainable games. So I decided I won't delete it and that I would just take over one of the save slots/villagers by deleting them and creating my character and move in to this pre-set village. Barely anything had been done in the village so it was almost like a new save file aside from the NES game house and that became the Town i played in for years. I can't really add anything to the praise this game gotten already from @Cube and @BowserBasher other then to say I just enjoyed playing it so much. I remember printing patterns from AC fansites on our printer so that I could recreate them in my game. I also remember how dedicated to it at the time, having favorite villagers I didn't want to leave and trying to fill up the museum and catch every fish. Also, Camofrog was rude to me once so I sent him a letter with some rubbish attached as a gift lol I was so thankful Nintendo released it outside of Japan at the time because its now one of my favorite game series. And of course, Nintendo must be pretty happy too as its now one of their best selling games. Funny enough I went back to playing the Switch version this week and I seem to be hooked again.
  5. Nintendo just uploaded this commercial for the Switch 2 starring Paul Rudd: Which is a call back to a Super Nintendo commercial he did for them before he was famous, back in 1991:
  6. I just watched through it. We didn't really learn that much than what we knew already across the initial reveal and the Treehouse streams but it was nice to see it all explained in one video. Yeah, I've very surprised it isn't handled that way. Maybe they'll have an option to change the menu to be like that, much how Smash Brothers has an option to make it so Echo fighters share the same slot on the character selection screen.
  7. Capcom are rolling out a free update to this game in a couple of days: Some of the stuff being added:
  8. I just watched through this documentary about Wrestlemania IX, which something I never thought they would do as it's not known as a particular great PPV but it was one of the first times they made Wrestlemania a true Spectacle with a redesigned set as well as it taking place in Las Vegas, and it turned out to be the first time they recorded footage backstage while the event was being set up and running. I absolutely loved it, as they had a lot of behind the scenes footage from a time when they absolutely never did that kind of thing, to protect the gimmicks of the characters, but you get to see them all hanging out, laughing and chatting with each other as well as crazy stuff like all the animals they had backstage for the various entrances as well as you get to see the wrestlers in modern day look back at the footage and reminisce and talk about what was happening at that time. It was very interesting to hear the stuff going on backstage at the time. For example, Lex Lugar says he thinks thinks Mr Perfect had "too much caffeine that day" (lol) as once he got in the ring he uncharacteristically had no idea what to do in the match and kept asking Lex "what are we doing". Undertaker talks about how difficult it was to wrestle Giant Gonzalaz and they even talk about Gonzalaz ring attire and what it was originally supposed to look like compared to how it looked once they made the suit. And of course the controversy over the ending of Bret being cheated out of the the title by Yokuzuna only for Hulk Hogan to get a match and win it minutes later. Even as a Hulk Hogan fan I wasn't 100% on board with that at the time. Its worth watching if you are nostalgic for that era. Sadly its not available to watch officially outside US, but its out there.
  9. I watched a few videos of people at the Switch 2 event and it seems Cow was the most chosen racer:
  10. I am not sure exactly what this is but it seems like there are extra temporary vehicles on the tracks that you can change into ? I guess the trailer in the Direct showed a driver driving into the inside of a truck and then controlling that for a short while so I assume it’s the same situation here but with some kind of hovercraft.
  11. Three games were just added to the Mega Drive library for NSO Streets of Rage Super Thunder Blade ESWAT: City Under Siege
  12. Luigi's Mansion was just added to the app. 73 tracks in total!
  13. I also got the email to say I can buy a Switch 2. Unsure if I will though.
  14. Here's a shot of Mario Kart Worlds Map:
  15. I am surprised the Switch 2 in the MK bundle doesn't look any different. Like, a different colour or something
  16. Yeah, I let mine lapse for a few days last year but other then that I was a subscriber non-stop since the very start. I opted into emails and everything else. The site says "Has spent a certain amount of time played purchased/paid Nintendo Switch games". I mostly played Fortnite in recent months which is F2P so i assume that doesn't count.
  17. I wasn’t sure which thread to post this in, but there will be a Nintendo Treehouse stream on the 3rd and 4th of April:
  18. F-Zero and F-Zero X expansion Kit music was just added to the app. I think it’s pretty cool they’re adding 64DD music to the service. I wonder if they’ll add 64DD games to the NSO library?
  19. Hypothetically, had the Virtual Boy come out in the UK and they had thought about bringing this game here as well, I wonder if they would have changed Nestor to Seal from Nintendo Magazine, being as we never got Nintendo Power here.
  20. I'd love the Switch 2 to have proper Themes. I had assumed that was going to happen over time with the Switch 1, back when the console came out eight years go, because the 3DS had them but weirdly it never happened. I looked at some fan made themes out there and I think anything like this would be a nice option: Or even the option to use our screenshots as themes would be nice. My 3DS has that awesome Dreamcast theme that plays the lobby music from Phantasy Star Online and makes the sound effects for navigating the menu sound like the Dreamcast Menu
  21. WWE Vault uploaded a couple more behind the scenes videos from the past, never seen before. This Wrestlemania 2000 video is a great showcase of how things were backstage during this era but also a little hartbreaking when you see Chyna looking so happy. And then there is this random back and forth with Rock and Stone Cold at Fan Axxess in 2003, which wasn't planned but is pretty great:
  22. Yeah this looks fantastic and after how much I enjoyed Shredders revenge I’ll probably get this day one.
