Yeah I really enjoyed that match.

I really like Stone Cold Steve Austins Podcast, he's done great interviews on it recently. He was backstage at Raw a couple of Weeks ago and recorded a ton of stuff with the guys backstage so the next few episodes will be interviews with guys that are currently on the roster. The most recent Episodes with Zeb colter and the ep before with John Cena were really interesting. I really liked how you could see the whole track in this part of the trailer: Although I guess that view will only show up in replays.

I can't blame them for trying though. Wii fit was one of their biggest sellers last gen and helped shift a lot of consoles. Same for Wii U play. Judging by their investors meeting, they realise that now and see that the audience that bought those games isn't prepared to buy a games console for another Wii fit. Which is most probably why they are working the Quality of Life stuff.

Yeah I agree. I will never understand people that think its perfectly acceptable for them to make a games console with yet again, No third party support.

Yeah Mario Kart 8 looks fantastic. Other then that, its a shame they didn't show anything new to look forward to for the Wii U. Not even a teaser for anything new. but I guess this was all about games coming out in Spring.

Yeah they have. When the N64 had droughts I bought a Dreamcast, when the Gamecube has droughts I got a PS2 and when the Wii had droughts I got myself a Xbox 360. I'm a fairly recent Wii U owner, so there are still several games I've yet to play and it'll be a while before I can say I have nothing to buy for the console that I'm interested in. But Chances are at some point I will have to get another console as there is no way Nintendo can fill the console library up on their own over the next few years. I completely agree. As much as I am looking forward to Mario Kart etc, the lack of third party offerings and lack of different genres from Nintendo means that if I want to play certain kinds of games I have to go elsewhere.

I'd say is worth watching the start of the show because they seem to be directly following the negative reaction Rumble got rather then just stick with whatever storyline they had planned originally.

Hoo boy, that was a bloody terrible PPV. At least the crowd let their feelings be known throughout the show. You know something is wrong when people are chanting Booorrring during a title match.

I genuinely hope there is some surprises at the rumble tonight. Stone Cold or Hulk Hogan showing up would be great.

Shame the "should third Nintendo go Third party ?" thread got locked, it had just gotten back on-topic.

I would rather they made a serious attempt to make a console worth owning for more then just Nintendo games before they went third party. Because as much as I consider their games the best in the world its not enough to justify myself buying a full fledged console for £300+ JUST for their titles. I think this is the main reason for the Wii U's sales figures. If it wasn't for the massive price cuts its been getting in the UK, i wouldn't have bought a Wii U at this point in time. If they can't get third party on board, with day and date releases like the others and all the same features, can't compete with an online service like the others etc then yeah, it would be best that they went and made games for other platforms so they can just concentrate on what they do best.

I don't think its a case of Hindsight being 20/20 in this case. A lot of these issues were seen by many many people for the past few years and its kinda shocking that Nintendo are only seeing these issues now.

I only noticed today that I had forgotten to link my Wii U eshop account with Club Nintendo. Does anyone know if I can still get stars from all the games I've bought from the eshop before I registered?

That's probably something to do with their current deal with Sky, which i think comes up for renewal later this year. But I'm also excited about this. Not so much for the new content, i'm more interested in their content from the past.
