  1. Also took some Mario Kart 8 Screenshots:
  2. yeah certainly, i'm very surprised they haven't added proper battle stages yet, assuming that they will at some point.
  3. Someone mentioned this on Neogaf, if they allowed you to play Baby Park in battle mode it might actually make that mode worth playing.
  4. Same for me. However I found out if I go to the room directly under the room my Wii U is in, the signal has no problem traveling through the floor and works fine.
  5. The music for Rin Rin Metro is damn good.
  6. ah that's awesome news. I'll be getting Sor2 as soon as its out. I also would like to see what sonic 2's bonus stage looks like in 3D
  7. ha I love that he uses a PKE meter in the extended trailer. I'll be very interested to see what Ghostbusters related stuff they do with this game, hopefully the ghostbusters will get their own playset too. I also love the Back to the Future stuff, and they even have Hill Valley for you to explore.
  8. I don't agree with the article and think its reaching pretty far to make some of its points, but Nintendo have announced games long before E3 in the past. We were told about Mario Kart and Mario 3D world in January 2013, a good six months ahead of E3 that year. And I don't think the Wii U Zelda getting a NX port/version is that out of the question.
  9. Loved the Mario Kart 8 stuff they showed, they bought the release date for Pack 2 forward to the 23rd of this month, the Animal crossing level looked awesome and they announced 200cc
  10. That Animal Crossing level for Mario Kart 8 looks great. also, pretty cool that they are adding 200cc
  11. Yeah that's seems to be what they've done, which as you said is pretty unfair.
  12. I think you can still register codes until the 20th of this month, I just registered my copy of Link Between worlds an hour ago. Its the expiry date on the slip of paper that the code comes on you have to pay attention to. In the past, the code that came with Nintendo games didn't expire for a good few years after a games release. so in my case I just assumed that Captain Toad, Smash Brothers and Majora's mask would be fine to register anytime before the 20th of April, being that these games are all under 4 months old. But it seems Nintendo made it so recently released games have a relativity short time to register them and the three titles I mention all expired last night. Just check the expire date on your games and you'll know what games you can still register.
  13. ugh I was under the impression I could register my codes until the end of the month, so that was the only date I was paying attention to. I still had Smash brothers, Captain Toad, Zelda Link between words and Majora mask to register. I didn't realize they made these recently released games have a much shorter expiry date on them. I can only register LBW out of the Four titles.
  14. Yeah it was great seeing the NWO vs DX thing. I also thought Rusev's entrance was fantastic.
  15. This is pretty much what I'm expecting, but i'd love a surprise or two to come out of it. My crazy out-there predictions: A Super Mario RPG 2 made in conjunction with square-enix, Power Stone 3 from Capcom and a Mario 64 HD remake.
  16. Yeah what a great Wrestlemania, I enjoyed the whole show. Only things I didn't like was the outcome of the Trips vs Sting match Also JBL's commentary for the whole night, he's bloody terrible.
  17. yeah I guess of the games we know about, it's only Mario Maker and maybe Splatoon that I'm interested in. Not dismissing Xenoblade but i'm just not interested in it.
  18. I felt like it was becoming a problem for me back in the N64 era, which was was why I decided to get a Dreamcast to play between N64 releases back then. As much as I like Nintendo's output over anything else, their games alone are not enough and if their consoles are going to have such limited Third party support then it makes the situation seem worse. I'm glad I have a PC and other consoles to play games on, because if I relied on Nintendo only I would be missing out on so much.
  19. yeah that's my problem with it too. I primary used Melee weapons in the first game, but now it feels like you have to use guns most of the time. You certainly have to use them on Hard mode. I am enjoying this game overall though. And the soundtrack is so good
  20. yeah so far this has been magnificent. Its been a long time since I've had a show where I can't wait for the next episode.
  21. You can watch the replays pretty much as soon as the live feed has finished. For example, last nights PPV is in the library already
  22. Yeah i'm still playing mine daily aswell. I'm currently trying to make a Zelda exhibition at the museum:
  23. I remember a thread on Neogaf a couple of months ago, where several users were suggesting some features were removed from the US version. I guess its not really a major loss. Just hoping for more apps like Netflix to come to the Wii U, like BBC iplayer and the WWE Network.
  24. Didn't get any buffering for the first couple of weeks i've had the Network but now I can't seem to watch anything without it buffering at some point, especially the older shows. Recently added content seems to work perfectly fine though.
  25. My favorite use of Miiverse so far has been in Super Mario 3D World, because of how it was integrated into the game. In that game you can see messages on the gameover/after level screen on a stage. You can tap on any of the messages scrolling past or post your own, so you were able to ask or answer right away where do you find a particular green star or how to do you get past a particular part of that stage. Because these messages appeared to people who are at that exact same level and because of the way it was done, you got an answer pretty much within a minute or two. It was a really neat way to use Miiverse.
