Irony? We recently recieved a tonne of misdirected mail - like, dvds and bank statements and special recorded delivery things. Shorty took it to the post office to forward them, and it turned out that it was the post office's mail. We lollered.

That's what my dad told me to do, if I ever knew a flatmate was stealing my shit. Last year in halls the kitchen was generally annoying... Just put his stuff aside and wash your own? Maybe organise a rota? I would just say to him "look, i'm fed up of washing up your shit so fucking do it yourself, and don't you dare use mine else I'll shit on your face when you're asleep." I don't know. Jeez.

... that's the least 'strange' combination i've ever seen :| YOU LOSE! My ex-gf used to eat cheese, apple and cucumber sandwiches. Weird? I dunno.

Count me in. Why not run both at once? :P

I'm so gay for you right now. I don't know what the situation is. But it had to be said. -
Why, clearly the world is trying to cut you out of it ;P I'm pretty much ignored by everyone at university. It's probably for the best. I tend to ignore everything anyway. Not good.

Got some xmas shopping sorted thanks to flatmate and his girlfriend. xmas shopping is totally better in small bursts Been watching my Improv Everywhere DVD's. They're comical, not too different to the web ones, but at least it's a one-off physical thing now. Just started watching the second episode of Eerie Indiana and got mah 2ltr cider bottle at my side.

Ever felt as if you are going up this world?
jayseven replied to Scarf Face's topic in General Chit Chat
Nope. I think there's a steady incline conveying me to a higher place, but once I get out of uni, the 'fun' stops there. I've sort of got some half-cocked ambitions, ever damplened by my plain laziness... So yeah. No. -
*beams* Arrived today after like three weeks of waiting. Annoying that volume two only comes in a paper sleeve, but there's over 6 hours of footage and lots of hidden easter eggs, commentaries... Awesome. *puts first volume on now*

The best indian restaurants I've seen in the Brighton area tend to be along Portland road in Hove. I Think it's still called the Taj Mahal. They did mega awesome prawn currys and always generous with poppadoms Erm... Curry isn't an angry food for me :P just a nice, rare, spicy treat!

That reminds me of a show that tried to be a little paranormal; having reconstructions of 'kidnappings' - like a guy on a motorbike went missing between one state and another and even though there were no witnesses or anything, the show somehow explained that he must've (on his motorbike..) picked up TEH WICKED HITCHER OF TEH WEST who must have proceeded to gut him and eat him alive and hide his never-again-found body again. Lies. But groovy, so acceptable.

Mystery Science Theater 3000. I've watched maybe 10-15 episodes of this, and considering it's over 10 series long... It always amazes me how few people have seen this

I've asked for nothing, and will probably get something close to this sum I owe my mum some money and despite it coming up to my 21st, I think i might end up getting that written off for a present. Want a nice sound system for my room - hell, I'd settle or laptop speakers. I hate christmas shopping just because of the sheer amount of people around.. I promised myself I'd do a bit tomorrow.. *sigh*

cba with schreen schotss... Village Headquarters (Level 10) Barracks (Level 7) Stable (Level 4) Smithy (Level 7) Rally point (Level 1) Market (Level 3) Timber camp (Level 12) Clay pit (Level 13) Iron mine (Level 12) Farm (Level 7) Warehouse (Level 10) Hiding place (Level 10) Wall (Level 11) I think you're right - hiding place is a bit of a waste so soon. Market's a bit mroeso, though. I swear I could make some profit on that if I play it like shares...

"... are you sure you're a qualified brain surgeon?" "yeah, sure, all I have to do is grab the back of your head here and yank it upwards, and I'll be in!"

.. do your friends know what you're doing when you're taking these pictures?! I'm afraid that cave...person is far too modern, but other than that you've got the lead now

Hope you don't fret too much about it. I've seen a few mates leave their coursework 'til the last minute, and i've seen mixed results. So long as you know where you need to fix things, it'll be fine. Take your time, you have a lot of hours! That's also why I loved Brighton I've spent many a fine time talking with big issue sellers. They're not idiots and they've had a good experience of how the world really works. Plus they actually nearly always forget who you are if you ever see them again :P

The Perfect Score Ok, so I (more-or-less) watched platoon tonight, and despite the clear awesomeness of that film, I took one thing from it - WAR SUCKS. Pretty much immediately afterwards, this film was on. Why did I watch it? It's all that was on. As a film, artistically, directionally, acting quality and all that shit... It's an awful film :P Maybe it's the cider talking, maybe it's the 'old age', but I think it's a nice film; very unsubtle in its delivery, but at least an attempt to let kids of a certain age know that education, that exams are not the be-all and end-all of life. A 'nice' attempt at trying to cover all different types of kids and how they feel about exams. So very superficial about "work is better than cheating", but I am basing my rating on the message, not the film. And I believe the message is true :P So I give it a whopping 6/10. Not unbearable, not worth a watch if you're in a certain age bracket, and most likely not a film that actually achieves the whole goal of "letting kids know that it's about revising, not cheating" or whatever. Not a bad way to see in the 3am. Plus they soundtrack includes Ataris and Afroman - always a bit of reminiscence there! Lovely. Now what the fuck am I going to watch now? Dubplate Drama! Lolsworth, alright!

I think it's meant to be "Haggis'" but I'm not sure >_< Galaxy all the way. Dairy Milk makes me sick a lot sooner than Galaxy ever does. It tastes smoother, and melts quicker, and doesn't leave my teeth feeling as stained as quickly.
