I've scanned the last two pages and generally found it to be dull. So I thought I'd add to it. bought my ticket home and already I have THREE women wanting my company when I get back. I will be sure to dissapoint them all with my presence asap. I hate the world. I didn't meet my ex-, but have been fantasising about how we could meet up for the last 2 days non-stop. going to stay with my dad when I get to brighton, which will be a FIRST in 21 years, thus = awkward. As I say, i currently hate the world and demand alcohol and everything. Hate you too. didn't you discover you had like £10k in funds anyway? And jones is seriously aweful.

Excellent to see the rise in interest Just thought I'd apologise for not doing what I said I'd do. I WILL book a room at that hostel for SIX people. Me and Wildo will have the first two places, and the next four will be up to you guys. I really, really hope and plan to arrange this room by friday... So yeah. I have three, maybe 4 PMs for people who want to stay. Letty may well get a place auto considering her distance... so, uh, yeah... make sure you PM me if you want a place too. -
Well it's a bit harsh leaving it all up to us four :/ the more games we have the less interest there may be in individual ones. I'd really like for the current two games to pick up teh pace and conclude before the next one starts.

Cheers for the sensible and sane replies, guys. I solved the problem by staying up 'til 7am watching Bleach. Then went to bed foolishly, and entered an era of panic at 12:15 when my mate called me, left me a text saying "we're leaving in 30 mins" - meaning him and the canadians were leaving for good... so me and Shorty were all OMG GOTTA GET TO THE STATION NOW! and we made it in a record 14 minutes, or something... only to discover the mate meant leaving their house... so shorty and I spent 30mins dossing about. Then we spent 20 mins waiting for the train to open its doors. If you knew that you only had 20 minutes to talk with people before you'd never see them again, what would you say? It just felt... anti-climatic? But hey! Now I'm awake to finish Bleach, get pissed and eat a pot noodle. As for ex-girlfriend trouble? Pft. Just got two facebook messages from brighton gurlz so bring on teh home trip!

Dyson getz 10,000th post? My day = pub lunch, Incredible Hulk, ex-girlfriend suddenly declaring she was in MY FRIGGIN CITY and wanted to meet up, which ruined my day. Fuckfuckfuckityfuck. I hate women. I mean, when I went to Leeds I gave her like a month's warning to keep out of the way and whatnot, but she can out-of-the-blue text me saying "Hi I'm in sheffield, what are you doing?"... I mean WHAT!? Just "shopping"?! a) There's the same shops in Leeds and b) The shops she likes plus the timing meant that I was likely to bump into her, which really made me anxious and paranoid. I went out in my least-attractive t-shirt, hadn't washed my hair in ages etc, etc, etc. MORE excuses! I have two french-canadian friends who are going home in 12 hours time and it was supposed to be a nice, chilled, enjoyable last day with them but NO. RUINED. THEN like three hours later, after the movie, I had to send another text. BLEGH. Why do I have this self-destructive instinct to say more than I need to? Especially when I know that I won't get a similar ratio of sharing in return? Is it just me, or all men? Is it just her, or all women? What I hate most about it is just the whole my-head-can't-stop-theorising thing, with all the what-ifs, if-onlys, but-thens, maybes and perhaps. Trying to figure out her game-plan, then realising she probably has none because as far as I can tell women are... a long list of unreasonable accusations. tl;dr.

... Staring contests with the police, vengance schemes, wet ceilings and the usual bondage? Regular day at N-E I guess. I'm up at this ungodly hour, and have been since 7, because my curtains are too thin and I've got taht hangover which doesn't let you sleep at all. Mask party was fairly fun last night, pictures later hopefully. Up to episode 136 of Bleach (boo fillers), and have Broken Sword 2 to play today. Good weather, so maybe some drinks in the park if I survive the 10am hangover kick-in.

"Shebang" is such a lesbian word. Anyway! Er, I have no idea why I continue to splay my day to y'all in such a frequent fashion, nor do I have a clue whether this sentance makes sense... But, um, yeah. Decided to catch up on Bleach from ep. 110 onwards with a few Blackthorns in my side. Mask-making has been put back 'til tomorrow, but Shorty has this velvet-type mask that he might transform into a hollow mask (Bleach again), but to be honest without altering it at all it's the scariest thing I've seen for a while. Tried to load GTA and LTA london on my pc but the cd seems to be utterly unrecognisable, which is rather annoying. Um. Yeah. I hate life etc!

Noodleman; that sounds utterly awesome, it really does I 'plan' on backpacking around europe... my plan is to pretty much couchsurf where I can, and just sort of hit up as many countries as I can for a few days each. Then the following year I want to do america and canada if money is permitting-- I'm hopefully going to take a few hundred quid to europe as the main expense will be travel costs. Ho hum.

I might well do something like that MY flatmate is cutting up her red top to make some Turtle-like ninja masks similar to how you say to do it. Just watched all of FLCL, which was pretty neat. Got a snippet of sig inspiration. But what now? Watch the footie, play GTA4, drink some cider, gather maskable items!

last 3 days I've woken up at 17:30, 15:30 and 16:00. Not good as I've kinda intended to go pick up a result from uni but the office closes at 4, so I guess I'll try again tomorrow. Today we are going to be making MASKS for a mask party tomorrow. I have decided to go for the "so bad it's good" approach and fumble together a few masks from paper plates, and even try and swap them around through the night (tomorrow, that is). Anyone know how to make a mask, or any suggestions? I was thinking of initially going as a t-shirt ninja too.

Y'know, usually I'm down with all the "tsk!" directed towards A_F... but to be honest y'all know that in ten years time when somebody asks you which members you remember from these forums, he'll be right up there... If you think he's begging for attention then don't reply, fewls! On Topic! I am a lazy bastard, much like you might well be. What's the money like? Is it freelance? What quality is this 'guide' magazine? If I were you, I'd take it. I'd probably write shit, and they'd fire me, but I'd get a few free meals out of it before they do.

Couldn't remember where I'd gotten to, so I watched the first 15 episodes of Smallville Season 7 before going to bed at about 9am today. Just woke up about 20 minutes ago, and now I'm going to try and make my mos excellent pasta/fajita sauce dish before watching the rest of the season. These 'days of our lives' aren't as exciting as they ought to be, are they?

Well Dyson I suggest you pick a time/date and people can sign up rather than trying to please everyone. If you make each day/night phase a fixed length of time, say 10mins, then it will ensure a tense game (time of day to be experimented with, I guess). Y'know, I'm sure it'd be real easy to make an ircbot to be a judge in this game... that is, easy for someone who knows how to program them.

Sounds like an utterly brilliant plan. Few tips; users will have to appear invisible in all channels associated (main chat, mafia's chat, etc) to avoid cheating. It could work really well, and I'd totally be up for it.

t-shirt/top/towel removes moisture but doesn't enhance grip for me. Probably due to how I obliterate my clothes when I wash them...
