    You should try Watch Clocking instead. It's basically where you go around and ask people for the time, then punch them in the watch and run away.

    lost 4-1 Cube wasn't even prepared or anything - just a clearly superior team. Doesn't help that ALL of my players had big red down arrows for form I take some pride in being the first side to put a goal past cube, though! Back in the ever-familiar 4th place position. Next game against the Zimmerframes... who shall beat me :P 4th place at the end of teh season would be very, very nice, but I imagine I'll be fighting for 5th.

    Sounds to me that you keep being dragged out to do what your mates want to do. I say take charge! Pick a day next week and organizzle some shizzle. Fo rizzle!

    Been playing it a bit, and mostly it's the combat stuff that annoys me. Took me a while to get a decent enough combo sorted, then a while more to learn some group splitting tactics, but overall the game is a lot more trial and error/punishing than I wanted it to be. Not tried the time trials yet, but I reckon I'll be right pants at that!

    hahaha is a robotic laugh, yet the word robotic is fairly nice sounding. In fact, typing like this sounds like some sort of piano monster from a banjo kazooie game, or something. Really makes me want to keep on typing ing ing infffffffff

    Good advice supergrunch! I've taken it on board, and now am consuming at a much slower rate. My heart palpitates its gratitude song, all for you. Sooo... I, liek, really need the "House M.D. End Credits" song (theme song in the UK) and cannot find it. Should my inbox suddenly locate it, I will do a little dance.

    Good idea. I don't think any form of job search is going to get any easier for a few years. Unemployment levels are about 1.4m at the moment; 500k of whom are 18-24 year olds, iirc. This could be worse than Thatcher's reign, too, as there are more 'white collar' jobs being lost. I decided to stay up all night again. Played Mirror's Edge a bit, and now going to cram in as much House as I can. Later I may well move on to The Wire, which I really cannot ignore anymore! Oh; had 9 cans of diet coke so far, just cracked open the other 10 pack. This is dumb.

    I haven't played the game either, but I'm seeing it tomorrow. I'm hoping it'll be in a similar vein to Shoot 'Em Up; just ridiculous, OTT action for the sake of action... But then, it's got marky mark in, and he sucks.

    Played the demo a bit the other day. Wasn't overly impressed :P I mean, it looks fun and stuff, but Shorty and I agreed that you run far too fast, it's easy to get a bit confused with the maps (alcohol didn't help, and I'm sure with a bit more experience it'd be a doddle), which are a lot smaller than I was hoping they'd be. I do think I ought to love the game if I had a chance to play it online with peeps, but these days a game needs to offer some good reason to keep re-playing it over and over, and I'm not sure if the whole randomly generated enemy spawning is that much of a plus... I guess I ought to give the demo another go!

    well I'm on 19 now! Arg! I think 14 was the trickiest - 8 was easy, I jsut gave up too soon too many times :P EDIT: Got the key so far! arg! Lol got the door too, woot. Each time I post on here I get a step farther... EDIT AGAINNN: Just did 20. Credits are fun
