I WILL SPEAK! ... yeah just started a full-time job so I'm-a let myself sink to the bottom of the list, regardless of everything I've said previously Really want to do it but I get home and have three hours to myself and that's not enough time to do everything I want to do, let alone spend hours sorting a mafia out!

I think I managed teh first 6 episodes, but it didn't take off quick enough for me. Probably a show I'll hit up when it's completed.

Vote: Diageo. Snoooore.

I'm willing to bet it will have similar narrative and tone!

What I hate is the "how to cook cheap" type books. Had one at uni which had lobster in one of the recipes. Wet. Teh. Fut? Also, Jamie's 30 minute meals, while well laid out and simple enough to make, actually requires you to have/invest in over £200 worth of equipment in order to do it in 30 mins!

Do want. Prey was an imperfect game for sure, but worth the minimum monies!
-
I rely on this forum to keep me up. In all senses of the phrase.

Lol wat?! Prey 2

Are you touching him? You have to touch him.

Ashley you always struck me as someone who had the future relatively 'sorted.' I've been coasting through life for years, perennially having freakouts about a lack of direction. I guess the trick is to try and see past the lameness of the words and 'look on the bright side of life.' Even if you don't feel like you want to be an animator, take a step back and measure what you've learned, how you've developed. You say that you're lazy, yet you also like to remind us that you get up early, do some N-E stuff, get train to uni, do uni, blah blah blah! I have a friend who is truly lazy. Lazy beyond even the likes of me. He failed his GCSEs, but got a second chance when the 6th form college let him do NVQs. he then left it all to the last minute and, convinced he had failed, didn't get his results and to this day doesn't know how he did. He then spent two years doing the foundation year for an IT course at uni. Then he got the minimum to get past his first year at uni, which is unmarked anyway, and now he's on his second chance on the 2nd year at uni. He is capable, but he is truly lazy. The future freaks me out for a few reasons, but most of them are because I've envisioned where I want to be and I don't know how to get there, or the little steps that are possible now seem so minute that it never seems possible. Also; not sure if you should rely on your course for surmising how the professional realm will work. But then you haven't really elaborated beyond "the future freaks me out" in your post, so it's hard to offer any relevant help/words.

ReZ; you probably have the most referrals out of anyone. Molly, Spence, thatgirlyoumetonlinewhopostedafewtimesthenleft, and... who else? He's done a lot of cool stuff according to my googlage earlier! Chance he fancies your mum? :P Go to us. meet up. Steal his awards. Ebay. Profit.

Firsttiemlol? Yes, cheese is great. I feel that you bumped this thread rather than making a new one as a salute to the great OP :P Everyone should grate all of their cheese before they use it. PROVEN FACT (without citation) that grated cheese tastes better.

That's cool dude be a little more patient!

lol 'new guy'. Welcome BACK!

Just bear in mind that the Powers That Be are a busy bunch of guys! What with the 3DS launch HOURS AWAY, Ashley is handling a lot of boogie. Shorty only has access to the forums during working hours... and, liek, he's at work so he cannot guarentee he can spend his time there in such a way.

I hadn't really paid thought to that; if XBLA-released then sure, little achieveys, but surely if it's a Game On Demand then there will be the full 1000G? Are we ensured that they'll both be released as one download? Bleh.

Am I wrong in thinking that Left4Dead just blates stole their idea from Outbreak?

- Trains. People calling me on trains. The lack of legroom. The crowded eye-averting medium-length journeys spent standing. People walking into your arm or leg. People taking up two seats by sitting on the outside one. People pushing in when you're trying to get in. People who feel the need to stand up way before they're at the station and caugh at me because I'm standing by the door control reading my book - because I'm getting off at the next stop myself. People who talk on phones loudly. People who have loud music. Train prices. Kids going to school on trains. Etc. - Pedestrians (covered in a previous thread) - Prices - Problems arisen from beurocracy of short-cutting in order to meet arbitrary targets. - Clean freaks. - People who can't shut the fuck up for 5 minutes. - Waking up early when there's nothing to do all day. - Toilet paper the wrong way around. - When nothing is happening on 'my' internets. - When people cough or sneeze ahead of me. Other stuff. I think I've become a bit of a grumpy person recently. Bring on the sunshine!

Yes! thread exists.

C:V on GC pad was painful but do-able. If anything the difficulty of the game is balanced with the controls. Trying to turn and run from the enemies is part of teh fear. C:V has loads of unlockable extras, including a 1st person mode of the game. Kinda :P Wouldn't mind playing this and RE4 again at all... but my first thought when I saw this was "hey cool this'll be a nice cheap game to buy 2nd hand a year later" then... Carpet. Pulled. Downloadable games Foreverexpensive. Lame.

Jim Haygood? Bored so did some sleuthing.

My reply. Your head.

Hugh Jackman is just too talented. For him to have won a Tony, he's Wolverine, and he's deadly good-looking. He's a great athlete, he can sing and he can dance. That's too much for The Bard to process. [sic]

Gotta say, throughout all that I thought "bleh, some silly ad that's all made up" then the bit at the end made me theoretically spit out my metaphysical drink, which ruined my imagined keyboard. Pretty cool!
