  1. Just because there hasn't been footage of it yet doesn't mean it can't be first shown at E3 and be out by the end of the year. But seeing how it's Nintendo and Mario Kart (and the fact there's already three AAA titles due this year), it's VERY unlikely I know; but games have appeared out of nowhere before!
  2. Yeah I agree that they won't be Nintendo's BEST titles, but maybe Nintendo's got a few new ideas (other than Project Hammer and Disaster) that we'll se at E3. - Also if Nintendo really applied itself to Star Fox and took it back to what it should be (a next-gen Lylat Wars) it could be an outstanding game. - Donkey Kong still has huge potential; if they could combine the side scrolling of Jungle Beat but with all the classic levels/characters of the DCK series. - There's also that Pokemon Adventure game that people have wanted for so many years! Surely Nintendo will have to give it to fan pressure a make it someday; at the moment they seem to be avoiding developing it for some reason! Hopefully 2008 will be the year of the the New IP's! Then it will be 2009 and hopefully 2009 (although probably Christmas 2009) = Zelda!
  3. Why are you laughing? Sure there's a huge difference in quality between MK and SC; but MK Wii is proving that traditional fighter can work well on Wii. Oh and MK3 was a fantastic game!
  4. Mortal Kombat Wii is looking generally looking positive isn't it? Also, I don't really see how everyone can say Soul Calibur Legends looks great, when all we've seen are a couple of concept arts; which nearly always look good no matter what the game!
  5. It does seem unlikely, at least E3 isn't too far away now! Suppose they could be doing something based around the Mario Kart Arcade game/engine, or even an updated MK: DD engine. Either would certainly help development along! There are still LOADS of Nintendo franchises left for 2008 games!
  6. http://www.gametrailers.com/player.php?id=20168&type=wmv&pl=game A New Star Wars Arcade (or even an updated port!), would work SO well on Wii! Every bit of it looks so suited when you see it in that video! Also the fact that Factor 5 made the such an impressive GC game in 9 months, puts Wii developers to shame!
  7. I now get the feeling the Wii is getting Soul Calibur Legends in consellation for not getting Soul Calibur 4!? I hope not! Either way, I hope they put a great deal of effort into Soul Calibur Legends and that it doesn't just turn out like one of those Mortal Kombat adventure games! Guess we'll see Soul Calibur 4 at E3, with some info shown beforehand.
  8. Metroid this year in Europe - I should bloody hope so!! Mario Kart - surely not?! I'd like to think something got lost in translation and he meant Mario Galaxy, but I should think the interview was in English. I'd rather they concentrated on Metroid, Mario and Brawl in Europe this year (and early next?), than throw a 4th title into the mix! Roll on E3! Let's find out!
  9. Yeah exactly, they could just do Ridley like in the beginning of Melee; I'd like there to be individual adventures in Brawl though, so perhaps Ridley could be Samus' end boss, or if Ridley is in the game, Kraid.
  10. Wonder if 'Shadow Mario' will appear every now and then in the finished version of Delfino Plaza and paint the stage (with whatever it was!) as the occasional obstacle.
  11. Delfino Plaza This is the central town of Isle Delfino, the tropical setting of Super Mario Sunshine. Wow! That blue ocean is bright on the eyes. Ahh... It makes me want to swim. This particular battle stage flies around the skies above the island. Fly here and there as you look down on the town below. After a thrilling landing, it becomes a normal battle stage. There are several landing points. This flight path repeats, providing great sightseeing and brawling. The changing scenery is so beautiful you get absorbed in it. You really feel like a tourist!
  12. Coursework! Getting tired right now, but I'm gonna have to get past it!
  13. Wii version will probably be the PS2 version with Wii-mote steering. I wouldn't mind if it was, because I'd rather EA focus on other Wii projects.
  14. It does look great, but I was a bit dissapionted by that trailer, there wasn't really anything new! I want to see Leon and Claire in the next trailer!
  15. Coursework, and trying to stay awake!
  16. Watch us wreck the mic, Watch us wreck the mic, Watch us wreck the mic..............Psyche!
  17. Looks so awesome!! I'd easily choose Transformers over the Simpsons!
  18. True. Konami should feel able to give us a mix of games such as DDR, Silent Hill, PES etc... Not feel the Wii is only right for DDR, Dewey, Eledees etc...
  19. No we didn't necessarily miss them (those who have been with Nintendo for many years), but if Nintendo is to appeal to new audiences (I know it's not having a problem doing so at the moment, but in order to keep the momentum and sale going) then the mature titles Konami produces will help towards that. It doesn't really matter that many of there games aren't all that great, 'casual' gamers still buy that sort of rubbish!
  20. You could fire it whilst crawling or crouching yourself.
  21. Someone keep a note of this!
  22. The Wii version is now being reported as fake.
  23. I don't think they are that bad!Sure the Wii is capable of more, but it looks like a pretty nice Gamecube game would.
  24. You could just turn the ray gun off then!
  25. I'm not really a fan of Konami games either, it's just their way of thinking towards Wii that bothers me! Plus the fact that there are those who would like to play their games on Wii!
