  1. Screw you guys with your logic. This news is obviiiiously true. Screw whatever Nintendo says, what do they know?! I bet it was Nintendo of Europe. I know more than they do!
  2. I read this earlier this morning, and I had a little giggle. An evil one. I just had images of this huge Blastoise towering over these poor men, like Ashley. BLAST! TOISE. Just the name. You have "Squirt-le" which sounds quite cutesy. Then, you have War-tortle. And you think "ah, War, quite aggressive, cool." But then, the final one, BLASToise. BLAST! Brilliant. He's got fucking cannons, who wouldn't be scared?
  3. I quite like this film. I enjoy watching it, although seeing it once every few years is enough for me. Don't see the point in re-doing it in 3D. I don't see what there is to gain. Make a newer film thats specifically created with 3D in mind, like Avatar. This isn't something I'm interested in.
  4. I've had those. I really like them. Really tasty. Lovely with a bit of sugar on top.
  5. I wouldn't like to work with my girlfriend/partner. Because, when you're with work people, usually the conversation revolves around work. When you get home, you'd still be talking about that there. Also, like others have mentioned, what happens at lunchtimes and breaktimes? Who would you hang around with? Your woman or your manfriends, or even female friends? Thats a point. What about female workfriends, surely having a girlfriend working with you would have some kind of effect on that. Even if the talk you would have with these girls were harmless, they might react differently because your girlfriend "is there." Its good to have space and different things. Like different hobbies, to be able to do different things and like different stuff. Its not healthy to spend 24/7 with one person, foreeeever.
  6. I picked up these cheapy yoghurts from Asda before, and they tasted quite nice, so I stock up on them now. Asda French Yoghurts. Really quite tasty. 88p!
  7. That last paragraph in the first post is brilliant. DEATH TO THIS GAME! DEATH TO NINTENDO!! Although the girl maaay have kicked the dog... You kick a dog in the face then you deserve to get bitten.
  8. My favourite man-smell in the world.
  9. Happy Birthday, Mr Oddwin. Also, Moron means Carrots in Welsh. You're a carrot, Odders! With a birthday hat on top.
  10. Great Champions League Football. Yeah, the United game was a bit smash and grab, but the team were hardly going to go there all guns blazing. I would happily have settled for a 0-0 or something tonight, the defensive performance was important. Hernandez getting the goal...has pretty much made my week. The Tottenham game was crazy. 3 penalties, one missed, a sending off, 5 goals in total. Van Der Vaart won't forget that game. He did look very dangerous on the ball, but he also looked dangerous off it, hence the sending off.
  11. The problem with that is with games that need peripherals, it alienates the ones who don't have these. Of course, it does mean that the majority of them then go out to buy this stuff, sometimes. Hmm, it is there, so I'm assuming that most developers have the option to use this. Maybe it's because their waiting for Zelda first, where they'll know that a large sector of gamers will then have MotionPlus+...but then a lot of people already have one for WiiSportsResort. Hmm.
  12. It doesn't automatically make the other ugly, no. I don't think anybody called her ugly? I like her body, but she pulls too many silly faces. It puts me off. You can do it and look quite "quirky" but she doesn't do it for me when she does it.
  13. Happy Birthday, Suckers.
  14. That's your choice, and I'm not going to knock it. But, they all terrify me. Not in a sexy way, either. Some women can be hot and terrifying.
  15. How does that face not annoy you? Admittedly, she can look great, but even then...Zooey was here first and was hotter.
  16. She's a poor man's Zooey, I agree. I don't like her, but I do have a nice memory of Hot 'N' Cold. So, I thank her for that. She's got a great body, but an extremely annoying face. Plus, as its already stated, she's a less-hotter version of Zooey. I'd have her, but only from behind.
  17. What? He didn't go through that during the incident, but I wouldn't be surprised if he looked at him and thought "Manc Bastard" and decided to give him it. He knew exactly what he was doing and who he was doing it to. Well, given Chelsea's recent form, they were quite fancied to go there and do something. You wouldn't count on Arsenal losing at home to West Brom. You also would have fancied Spurs to do over struggling West Ham. Liverpool have been poor this season, but again, you'd have thought that the loss in the Carling Cup would have spurred them on to win this. That game itself was very unpredictable. Also, Blackpool's game against Blackburn was quite unpredictable. A crazy own goal, a super-sub scoring within seconds of coming on and a winner at the death. The Birmingham and Fulham games were disappointing. I guess if we had a list of predicted scores before the game, I think very few would have been correct. So, in that sense, it is unpredictable. I was expecting Spurs to thrash West Ham away, Arsenal to win 4-0 against Brom, Liverpool to win 2-0 against Sunderland, Blackpool to win by a narrow margin, and Fulham and Birmingham to get points. I mean, Wigan, away at Birmingham. You'd have expected them to get thrashed. I do agree that they are over-stating it a bit too much though. Its unpredictable in that anything can happen, but it was mentioned one too many times on Match of the Day yesterday. Well done, Bolton. You battled hard all afternoon and deserve a point. As for United, another bad defensive team performance and another bad individual performance from Jonny Evans. He was completely lost for the first goal, and this is now one game too many. So, United have scored 7 goals away from home in 3 away games and have not won a single of those games. Too much pissing about at the back, I can't remember how many times we lost the ball. There's no clear leadership there. If this was Schmeichal in goal, he'd be having a right go at his defenders, but it worked. I want to see Edwin doing something similar because clearly he can't be happy with how the back four are defending.
  18. I cheered a little inside when the X-Files theme came up. That was great. I quite enjoyed his version of the Fresh Prince and How I Met Your Mother. Great stuff.
  19. Ahh, yesterday was a brilliant day of football. Can't believe West Brom were 3-0 up away at Arsenal. On another note, did anybody see the Gerrard "incident" where he elbowed Danny Welbeck. Apparantly the ref thought it was an accident. Lets see, Steven Gerrard, a "passionate" Liverpool player and fan. Liverpool who have an immense and fiery rivalry with Manchester United, who defeated them last week. "Accidentally" bumping into Danny Welbeck, a player born in Manchester itself and on-loan from Manchester United. The same Steven Gerrard who recently assaulted, sorry...self-defended himself from a Mancunian DJ. The same Steven Gerrard whose fans shout week-in week-out that he's "big and he's fucking hard." No, it was an accident, he's a good boy.
  20. I tried the Pro Evo Demo over my friend's house on his PS3. Really didn't like it. The pace of the game is just so painfully slow and boring. Its not even "slow tactical pace" its just...slow. There's no sense that a player is making a fantastic run down the touchline. Its that feeling of coming off the motorway and then driving down a 30mph road. On the other hand, I played a lot of Fifa10 on another friend's 360, and thought it was very satisfying. It has a definite Premier League/FA Cup feel to it. Although, at the moment, I don't know whether it would be worth getting a Fifa game every year. If I had a 360, I'd probably go for one every other year, maybe.
  21. Haha, 7?! Wow. Thats a bit crazy. The only series that deserves as many films are the Police Academy films. I had a big crush on The Hannigan when I was growing up.
  22. I'm a bit annoyed that there aren't more MotionPlus+ games out there. Why would anyone pick up a MotionPlus+ if there was a lack of games to use them with? I've picked one up for Red Steel 2, which I love. Zelda will use it, which is cool. But, we need more of these bigger games that will use it.
  23. American Pie definitely was popular with a lot of my friends when I was growing up. However, it is pretty much what I don't look for in a comedy. You mentioned Superbad as today's equivalent, which I kinda agree with. However, again, I don't like that or enjoy comedies like this. They seem more "cringey" than actual funny, but people like that. How many films or spinoffs are there now?! I can definitely say that the first one (or possibly second) is the best of the lot. Kinda like the first Scary Movie.
  24. Happy Birthday, Pajina.
  25. A question that I ask of you. I'm a big fan of Majora's Mask, and was at the time of joining the forums, hence the name. I'd like to think that there was a tiny bit of Fierceness that I had back then, a fire in my belly, although I think the fierceness has gradually quieted down over the years and been replaced by something else. What that something else is, I don't know. I used to have quite a temper, and sometimes I let it show, but it's quite rare these days. How would you describe your "nature." Are you quite an argumentative person, for example. I don't know how I'd describe myself, although I do know that sometimes I can be really moody. When I'm in an argument, I am a bit of a bastard. Sometimes I know I'm being a tart, yet I carry on, because I feel I have to "win" the argument. Woud you describe yourself as peaceful? Most of the time I am peaceful. My mood tends to differ, like sometimes I'll just want to be alone (usually at the end of the day) where you're just tired of talking or socialising. But then, at other times, I like having people around me, and being able to talk to different people. So, talk to one for a little while, then flutter to the next, and so on. I think about this quite a lot.
