Gaming mania! This is kinda exciting... If anyone remember, before the Revo controller was shown, Nintendo said it would be a revolution in gaming. They said we would be shocked and confused about it, and at the same time very excited. And, to everyones surprise, thats excatly what they did. If they are right about it creating a gaming mania, this could get very exciting. My brain is about to explode.

The games I play the most today, are WoW and Counter-Strike. I dont play those games because they have uber realistic graphics, I play them because they have great gameplay. Graphics is an empty shell. Gameplay is soul. The graphics wear off after a while. Sure, graphics can give you a very fun and exciting experience. But its not gonna make you buy a game. Not today or tomorrow.

This is not surprising. Nintendo is more interested in keeping the Revo within a certain pricepoint, than going berserk with specs. I dont think higher specs equals better games. Games will be just as great or greater on the Revolution, even without monster specs. Specs will be more like todays best home computers I think.
