I think I'll pick it up when it's a bargain price sometime next year. The game missed it's window for me; I feel sorry for them with all the censorship issues!

I didn't like oblivion and this game looked really dull; but very slowly it's crept into my mind and I'm thinking of getting it now Maybe after christmas or something but it looks pretty good. How big is the one player game, roughly? And also, what do you get extra in the special edition and is it worth it?

I didn't know you can put your own pictures into this game!! So can I put ANY picture, sprite, music I want into a level? God I wish I was a teenager so I could put more time into this game. DAMN YOU LIFE!!!!!! I still think the actual platforming looks floaty and ropey and depth pereception issues, but I will love this game!!

I don't think they've EVER had the golden touch Tehy've made some amazing games, but they make a lot of crap too. Saying this, I've really loved their output on the Wii - House of the dead, Ghost Squad, Olympics, Secret Rings, Nights all are really good. And I'm really excited about Mad World and Conduit! Can't complain too much!

After every match in the mode it gives you a list of all your players and the stats they were and now are. To be honest I've only played a couple and no one has actually moved stats, but why would it be there if it wasn't used?!

What annoys me: 1. Stupid design decisions i.e. Having to finish Smooth Moves before you can play multiplayer. That if you have the same time/score as someone in an event on M&S Olympics, player 1 will get the better score (and the fact the first event is double the points - fucking stupid). No multiplayer function in Wii Fit. There's hundreds of very small, unimportant bits like these that really bug me. WAY more than dodgy graphics, framerate etc. 2. Games which THINK they're intelligent and have great stories/scripts when they're fucking awful - GTA4 is the biggest example. Not slagging the game, but I laugh when ever ANYONE thinks it actually has a good story and script. For this games are still lightyears behind films! 3. When you die you have to go back fucking ages! I hate replaying bits I've already done! 4. A lack of modes, options and online in Nintendo games!

At first I was thinking "what the fuck are you on". the IR is brilliant and works seamlessly all the time. But then I thought of two things. 1. What about the people who don't want to point it at the screen all the time, they want to lie in bed, couldn't they just move the wiimote in space like a gun and it move accordingly, which would be great. 2. Sometimes light plays funny buggers with the sensor bar, again, good for this! Also people who have massive projection screens, being further away from the sensor bar!! So, actually, great idea! Keep it up!

I agree with some of the points in this thread; I think average Nintendo games are still better thanmost other games. Sunshine is still better than ANY non Nintendo platformer. Mario Kart Double Dash is still better than ANY arcadey multiplayer racer etc. But because of their heritage, they get slated! Anyways, I personally think Twilight Princess is the best Zelda; I also think Wind Waker is incredible. I also think the new Zelda has the potential to be the greatest game the world has ever seen. I also think it could be dumbed down to a terrifying degree. I also think I will probably come a little bit when they show it off this year!! -
Anyone hazard a guess what motionplus will be used for? I think it'll be used for smoothing up the motion control, nothing specific and not essential. Haven't got it, fine. Have got it, more accurate motions. The way ALL developers need to approach it at the least.

Oh yeah, I've never denied I wouldn't buy it, or that I'm a hypocrite. Fact is it's still going to be a great experience; just one I've had a couple of times before and one that could have been a lot better!! Thing is, I definitely Wii Speak, so getting this game for £10, £20 is a decent price. See Always new it, doesn't stop me from being disappointed though.

I'm wanting to preorder this game, but GAME isn't very clear; they have it for £40 but it doesn't say if it's the WiiSpeak version!! Does anyone have any idea whats going on with game.co.uk? PLAY have both versions and all is good, but I'd rather use game for my reward card.

To be fair, if online is what you like then I can see why 360 appelas to you, I have to admit they have done an exceptional job in this department. It doesn't appeal to me, thus not renewing my subscription and just sticking with PS3's and Wii's free service. As for innovative games, again I would agree with you (not on GTA4 though, which is so bad it makes my heart bleed bleach) Braid and Portal are some of the best games on the 360, I would say Viva Pinata too but I actually think it works better on the DS. But they are on par with lot of Wii games (maybe lower) in terms of innovative, new design approaches - Z&W, De Blob, Pro Evo, Tiger Woods, FPS's, Mario Galaxy and by all accounts a few of the WiiWare games (Goo for example). THIS is what appeals to me! Even normal games feel better on Wii (Bully, Scarface, Godfather, Starwars Unleashed, Medal of Honour etc.)!! But, all three consoles are amazing, we're very lucky, and in my opinion even luckier that Nintendo decied to do something different - no point having three identical consoles now is it?
