The battery capacity doesn't mean too much when comparing different manufacturers. Sure the Switch Pro battery capacity is only 30% more compared to the DS4, but actual battery life is 8-10 times longer, 4-8 hours compared to 40. Also I'd love to know what PS4 controller that guy was using to get 10-14 hours! Mine didn't last much more than 4.

Not too surprised by that high NSO subscriber number, it's pretty cheap. "Switch business is mid way through life-cycle"... sounds about right, looking at a 7 year life cycle, probably longer if the thing keeps selling!

Switch also has NFC and a beefy battery though, so who knows. I just hope the Dual Sense battery life is on par with the Switch Pro.

Holy fuck. That was OUTSTANDING! I was expecting a couple of minutes from an in-game cutscene, definitely not that! Loved it, so many cool moments/camera angles/tactics. Slight nitpick, the iconic X-Wing sounds effects weren't quite there, but everything else was top notch. Cheers for the heads up @Julius I'd somehow forgotten this was today. Wonder if we'll see more Shorts before the game's release. Also wonder if this is the character you play as on the Imperial side in-game (even though he's customisable). It's funny for a budget title that they've said they have no plans to offer expansions for, EA/Lucasfilm then put so much money into commissioning a short like that. PS: Please, once he's done with watching Rogue One, someone kindly show this to JJ as an example of how to make a STAR WARS space battle. Not one of his generic pew pew ones that you've forgotten before the film's even over

Fully expecting a price and release date, it's about time. No excuses anymore. I also think the price of the disc-less version will surprise people, expecting it to be about £80-£100 less than the full fat version. They'll recoup costs from all those digital sales. Also hoping they announce a black version, make the console a little less of an eye-sore I'm expecting the presentation to be full of gameplay too, we've seen enough CG trailers to last a whole generation!

Yeah if people love Breath of the Wild I'm sure they'll love this. There are worse games to be base yours on! Be interesting to see how the enemy scaling works if you can tackle the areas in any order. I spotted the Phantom too

Big stylised openworld you can explore in any direction from the beginning, puzzle shrines littered around the map that give you a stamina orb at the end, being able to glide around and climb anything. I appreciate the inspiration though. Watching more gameplay I like what I see a lot more than the opening trailer, it does look pretty fun.

I love how shameless they were in copying BOTW, especially the shrines when making their "vaults" Terrible name, ugly UI, janky animations typical for a Ubisoft openworld game, and whilst I like the art style a lot, it looks like an early current gen game, not a late/next gen one. Kind of gives me a B-tier Starlink kind of vibe. Gameplay looks fun though, but similar to the current Assassin's Creed games, purposeful story content seems to take a back seat for lots and lots of generic busywork and checklists. Hope I'm wrong, and don't mean to sound too negative, as I'll definitely be picking it up.
