The only good thing about my day so far has been Okami (incredibly awesome game by the way). I haven't even left the house today, and haven't spoken to anyone (aside from my parents). I feel like a hermit. I hope tomorrow will be more eventful.

I'm on the part called "Defend Madsen". First I take out the bad guys with my sniper rifle on the water tower. Then I need to head into the building and kill a bunch of bad guys there while defending Madsen. The problem is, there's only one bad guy there. I shoot him, and then nothing happens. I just run around aimlessly. I tried reloading the game, taking out my memory card, ... everything. But whatever, I'll probably just trade it in.

I encountered this game killing bug in 24 The Game. It's a shit game, but as I'm a 24 fan I quite enjoyed it up until this point. I looked up how the fix the glitch, and did it step by step, but it's still not working. Fuck this game.

I finished watching Speed Grapher. It had a good intro, but that's about it. Avoid this one.

Your sister is insane. Speaking of insanity, I just beat Killer7. I won't even bother trying to understand the story. Suda Goichi is a brilliant madman, I loved everything about the game except for the gameplay itself. No More Heroes is better.

Went to some job centres today. All of them had jobs that I didn't like (I'm very picky, too picky perhaps), except for one job centre. I gave them my name and number. I hope I'll get a call from them sometime. I also set the date for my driving exam, the 20th of August. A bit too far off for my liking, but I guess I still have a lot of time to practice now.

Installed the Homebrew Channel and Gecko Region Free. It works perfectly, and so does Brawl. Updated my Wii to 3.3. The Homebrew community is awesome.

Went to my grandparents to show off my good grades, and got some pocket money from them. There was supposed to be a rehearsal with my band, but the guitarist couldn't make it so my day has been pretty uneventful. Oh, and tomorrow I have a gig, so not rehearsing today isn't very fun. Ah well, it'll be fine, we can still jam a bit tomorrow before the gig. Also played some Killer 7 today. I like the style, the music, the fucked up-ness, but sometimes the gameplay feels broken and makes me want to cut my wrists like Kaede Smith from the game does. I still love love Suda 51 though. Also played some MGO, I suck but I'm gradually getting better. Oooh, and I saw Lost season 4 finale, looks like season 5 will be very interesting. Watched an episode of the anime Speed Grapher. It sucks, but I'm gonna finish it dammit. That's it!

You know what I miss most about the N64 days? No load times. Seriously, as games and technology have evolved, it seems load times have increased. The Gamecube was pretty decent in that aspect, the Xbox and certainly the PS2 weren't. I understand the disadvantages of the cartridge format, but I'd take a game with a good midi soundtrack over a game with fully orchestrated music and load times anyday. Especially this so-called "next-gen" infuriates me. I don't know about the 360, but the load times on PS3 annoy me. There's even more: some games (eg. MGS4) have to be installed. I'd snap the disc in 2 if it weren't such a great game. I miss cartridges...

I'd like to lose some of my flabbiness, that's why I started running again. I haven't ran in ages, and now my legs still hurt from last Tuesday (I'm in the shape of an 80 year old little bint). Other than that, no major complaints.

What the fuck is wrong with my university?! They should've sent me my exam results yesterday, and I still don't have them (I'm not the only one by the way). For fuck's sake, this is just unacceptable.
