Oh my actual days! That's so rude! Most of these people are all talk. Cheeky fucker invades personal spaces and was racist and he wants to act like that? People make me mad.

My friend and I have been waiting since announcements to watch the live-action Lion King. We got VIP seats, bought the swanky popcorn from Tesco, bought drinks and even managed to get tickets in the biggest screen. Sorted. Well, it was fine until a woman and a man with literally seven kids came in the cinema on the left of us. It started with her ranting and raving where everyone sat. Me and my mate looked at each other like 'what the fuck' but I said "she's gonna settle before the film, it'll totally be fine". Sidenote: A woman came in with a newborn baby! I've seen people bring babies in prams to the cinema, which is a bit hit and miss with me but an actual newborn? WTF! Would you do that? I'd have thought it'd damage their hearing or something. Anyway, with the other kids, during the trailers, they were good as gold. The actual movie came on and I'm sitting here living my best life listening to Circle of Life when out of nowhere, a really high pitched scream came, like someone got stabbed or something. EVERYONE jumped. We look around to find it's one of the kids. The mom tells her to stop misbehaving and she said "I'm bored! I wanted to watch another film" but she basically told her off and settled her down. Dad done fuck all. 20 minutes later, same thing again but louder. Everyone kinda groans but says nothing. Calms her down and it's the end of it. She starts randomly screaming and the mom decided to do nothing. It got to a point where she made other kids cry because they couldn't watch the film either. A parent leaned forward to the parents and asked her to calm her daughter down because she's upsetting his kids as they wanted to see the film. Her response was "I want to see the film too. If you leave her, she will be quiet in a bit. It's because she's bored". I was thinking "for real? You ain't stopped her for fucking 40 minutes but okay"... Five minutes on, she's still screaming and now Beyonce is screaming in Can You Feel the Love Tonight and me and my mate just said "fuck this" and left. We went to the manager of the place and I said "I get its a family film and kids want to watch it but in my 18 years of going here, I've never once got to a point where I've made a complaint. Its just terrible. The kid is screaming over the speakers and the parents aren't doing anything and it's got to a point she's made near enough half of the kids in the cinema cry". He gave me and my mate complimentary tickets because the film was on for over the halftime. He suggested I watched Fast and Furious and I said "it's not a proper Fast and Furious film" and laughed and added "I will watch it though but we paid to watch The Lion King. I literally come here once a week and watch a film", which is true because its cheap now. The manager was decent and tried to do everything he could so I was happy I got tickets. I look at the desk and nudged my mate to look. There was a load of tickets of the same showing and screen with either REFUND or SWAP on them. But honestly, I've never experienced anything like it. We're waiting a couple of weeks before watching it again.

I actually saw the trailer to Horrible Histories and I wanted to watch it because I grew up with the books and the shows. I'm tempted to watch it, still, but I might wait for bluray. I didn't get a chance to see The Lion King. My friend and I booked tickets and had to walk out during Can You Feel the Love Tonight (which should have been called Can Beyonce Vocal Run and Warble Over Donald Glover Tonight) and we got complimentary tickets to watch it again. Story will be in the Bad Thread. I liked what I saw but I HATED Be Prepared (my favourite song in the film). Love the background music though. Aladdin still remains to be the best live-action I've seen and I still think everyone is way too harsh with it. It was fun, it was faithful and it didn't try to be a dark and moody alternative to the story.

I am absolutely in love with this game but my GOD the drone challenges are horrible! It's literally the only thing stopping me getting my first ever Platinum trophy (buy all suits). I have three left to get and I basically need to reach the highest tier on all challenges. The only challenges left to get the highest on are the drones and one combat challenge! I want to cry! Other than that, this game is basically perfect and I haven't enjoyed a game this much since Final Fantasy XV. Since that, it's the only game I really wanted to do absolutely everything for.

I still get a lot of drama but not a lot of time to tell you guys about it, pmsl. I got my laptop working so I should be a little more active on here now. But yeah, there's loads of drama and scandal from being a PT too so watch this space, lmao. To be fair, I might just write a book on my retail experiences. I could make it a three-parter and make loads of dosh.

I've finally enrolled into a course to become a Personal Trainer and a Gym Instructor. I pushed past my fear and did it. Hopefully it'll all be worth it. On top of that, I got CPDs thrown in which means I'll be taught how to teach 10 different fitness classes. Keep your fingers crossed for me, guys.

Okay, I am totally bringing this thread back to life...as well as my absent-ass self. So I made the leap of actually enrolling on the course to be a Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor as well as being qualified to be a Teacher for 10 different fitness classes. It's quite tough though at the minute. There's 8 modules in total and I'm almost done with the first one. It's about the skeleton and how bones are made and stuff. I'm not even academically minded and writing essays strangely doesn't come second nature to me at all. For instance, if you ask me "what does X do?", I'll just say "It does this". I get a comment back saying "I could have elaborated on this and this and why it happens". I'm getting the hang of it now but this is why I was scared of enrolling in the first place. I'm passing so far so all is good. I just hope they don't ask me anything when it comes to the practical side of things...

YES! Thank you! It's the best live-action movie Disney have done. I absolutely loved it and I'll happily take back everything bad I said. I thought it was going to be a bit crap or average at best but the trailer didn't do the film justice. Naomi Scott was fantastic as Jasmine and Aladdin and Genie worked perfectly too. Will Smith was brilliant as the Genie and you could tell he really tried (and succeeded) to bring his own version rather than rip off Robin Williams. He never tried to do any pop culture or celebrity references but he managed to make his character his own portrayal and I really appreciated that. I also loved Iago too. He was strangely more mischevious even though he didn't exactly act human. Jafar was a bit of a miscast however I didn't mind him too much. The animated Jafar was slightly more pervy whereas this one was extremely hungry for power and strength over everyone. One of the better parts of the film was Dahlia as well. Loved her. Seriously, the film is great and I can't wait to buy it on blu-ray! The Lion King looks amazing. I'm kind of waiting for Toy Story to end now. Don't get me wrong, I love Toy Story but 3 ended it perfectly. I get the need to show where Bo Peep was because it was something I was wondering throughout the third film but 4 needs to be the last one now otherwise they're going to completely ruin what is a flawless movie series.

Aladdin (2019) I saw the trailer and thought it was going to be mediocre because Jafar was too young and the CGI on the Genie looked horrible. However, the film was honestly the best live-action movie Disney have done (and although many people will count The Lion King, I won't as it's all CGI). I really, really enjoyed the film. It was light-hearted, funny and managed to stay faithful to the animated version as well as added a great twist to the story we know and love. I was also happy because they didn't try to make the film dark or gothic in any way. Critics were too harsh with this film.

The whole thing has been a joke from start to finish and a bad one at that. I would love to have a second referendum because all of those people who have voted "leave" have had a glimpse into the future and it isn't a pretty one. Everyone has been fed lies and bullshit to meet other people's satisfaction to sway votes. I vote remain and judging by the 5 million signatures on that petition, I think many others would now vote the same way. All we can do now is hope but I think a lot of this will damage us further than it already has.

There's a fitness boxing thread??? I miss boxing! There's a guy in my gym who's started doing boxing in another gym and I was like "I have pads, I have gloves and MMA gloves, let's practice here too!" and he was up for it. My new gym has NO boxing stuff at all. The closest we have is Body Combat and it's not my cup of tea. The whole changing stance every five minutes does my head in, lmao. So I massively fucked up 2018 but it was due to my bad knee injury and the fact it was just such a shit year and I didn't handle it well. It's weird but for some reason, I feel something about 2019 in a positive way. I started it, as always, with a cold and a chest infection that leaves me struggling for breath. Yesterday was the first workout I done of 2019 and I done great. I did two walks and a circuits class. My eating has been good as well although I had a few squares of an Aero bar because I've never tried them before. I'm aiming to lose a pound a week. I know that I should just focus on losing fat and not weight but I don't like being THIS heavy. I liked being 16st 7lb at least. For a lad my height, admittedly, I carried it pretty well. Kingdom Hearts HD Collection (PS4) 31st March
Beast replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Other Consoles
Okay, bit of a problem here. So I've done Atlantica, Neverland and unlocked Hollow Bastion. I wanted to do all the side-quests and 100 Acre Wood before continuing. So I'm on 100 Acre Wood, got all the pages but for some reason, the last area won't unlock. I've hit the high score on that annoying 'break the pot' mini-game and collected the rare nuts for Owl but it won't unlock...any ideas why? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk -

I'm still on the first one, haha. So I've practically done most of the worlds. I'm on my way to my favourite world (Halloween Town) from my least favourite world (Atlantica). I loved fighting Ursula but HATED everything else in it. Also, Under the Sea has now become annoying again, lmao. I still need to get the torn pages for 100 Acre Wood as well as all of the dalmatians. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk -

I'm sorry to hear that and I know how you feel. December sucks balls. It's weird because a few years ago, I loved it. I was always throwing myself into Christmas and taking part and stuff. I done it extremely late this year. The first week of December is when my Grandad passed and it's always a very low point for me every year. I usually comfort-eat like crazy and hide it, I notice my OCD goes crazy too and I genuinely feel so low. This year, I was probably at my lowest because of the death anniversary, that whole crazy time with my family and also a friend from my old gym passed away but I was very lucky to have a friend to talk to and it massively helped. He's been awesome. It makes me realise that I'm lucky to have one friend in the world. Talking really does help and if you need anything, we're always there. I feel you on the whole Christmas Day thing. I like the build-up but the day itself is just anti-climactic. I'm the same. I've been throwing myself into it and it worked for a bit. I had a sad moment because my family now consists of just me and my parents but then I remember that the people in my life are the ones who care and they are the people I should care about. The ones who have passed may be gone and I'll see them again one day. The ones who are bastards will always be bastards and I wouldn't want that in my life anyway. It's why I'm cutting down the people I talk to drastically. I don't want any negativity or users any more. I want to feel good again and right now, I don't feel great about myself like I used to. Kingdom Hearts HD Collection (PS4) 31st March
Beast replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Other Consoles
Fired up Kingdom Hearts and I'm playing on Beginner mode, and I'm going to do that for them all, to play through the story and get the "complete it with no continues" trophies in the game. I'll play it properly after playing through the series but I wanted to go through the story first. I've just finished Wonderland and got my Hero License from Olympius Coliseum. I think I'm either going to go to the Jungle or go back to Traverse Town. Cerberus wasn't an easy battle, even on beginner, which I found pretty weird. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk -
PlayStation Classic Announced (3rd Dec 2018)
Beast replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Other Consoles
But you couldn't play things like Ape Escape because it'll need dual analog sticks, right? If they managed to make one that's hackable with dual analogs, I'd be all over it. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk -
Steep looks pretty cool. I'll give that a go, for sure! Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

My gifts. I'm in love with the PS4! I've bought PSPlus and I'm so shocked with the bargs on the store. I'm going to wait for God of War but I have my eye on a few so I'm going to get a £20wallet tomorrow. Merry Christmas all. Kingdom Hearts HD Collection (PS4) 31st March
Beast replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Other Consoles
Funnily enough, I haven't. I've played them all except for that! It wasn't until my friend's brother (who is also heavily into the games) told me he was playing it too that I realised I don't have an actual physical copy of it! I can't get over how much better and smoother it runs! Well worth the extra bit of money! Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk -
AnarchicAnimal. Feel free to add me. Been playing Final Fantasy X for the majority of the day. Played Red Dead 2 for a bit but for some reason, felt the strong urge for Final Fantasy X more. I've really got back into it. Kingdom Hearts day tomorrow! Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

I have had some awesome gifts so far. I genuinely didn't expect them either. From my one manager, I got money (which is always my favorite) and Boxing Day off of work, which is awesome. My other manager says she's bought me a bottle of JD but I'm not to tell the other staff. I also have my secret Santa gift that I don't know about until later today. I got Solo: A Star Wars Story on DVD from my best friend. It's the only one I don't have and the only one I haven't seen, funnily enough. I also got a bespoke Beast plush from my other best friend. I really love it even though I'm 28, haha. He's chilling at the foot of my bed. Tomorrow, I know I have a PS4 slim with some games. I was going to buy myself a PS4 when my parents offered to buy it. It's extremely kind of them. My Mom and Dad said they've got something I don't know about that's a joint gift. I've been truly spoilt this year.
