Traded this in... didn’t ever end up drawing me into it...
I left it whilst I was in Kaer Mohren, needed to get stuff for Yen and just couldn’t be arsed anymore.
I reckon if I’d played the previous games I’d have enjoyed it as I’d have been invested in the story - a shame really.
You need to go to an optician and have your eyesight checked!
As bad as it looks at times (most of the time it does look great) I’m certainly enjoying it!
Had no issues online yet either.
Just hammered out the first section after the opening on my commute: it’s fast, frantic, mindless slaughter - great fun!
Nice change of pace after Mario.
I did this one on the way into work this morning. First time I felt a challenge in the game which I’m glad of, more of this will do nicely... that first clip in your spoiler, exact same thing happened to me, haha.
I get that, but irrespective of how you’d use it, it is a portable console... the hardware is the part you take with you.
That the dock houses a board that upscales makes it a hybrid, but in essence it’s a portable no matter how they paint it.
Switch has been good in that it’s got Zelda & Mario, both top-tier games (Zelda especially).
It’s been poor in that it’s online games are lacking thanks to Nintendo’s attitude toward online/social features.
It’s also very good because my 1.5hr journey each way to & from work has been fun thanks to the portability.
How they sell the machine as a home console you can take on the go is beyond me - it’s blatantly a handheld you can plug into your TV!
