The feel of the sticks is more the issue than the positioning. They just feel light, loose and flimsy... and games never feel quite the right level of responsive thanks to that. Also, L2 & R2 are a bit on the small side.

It’s absolutely wank analogue sticks and stupid positioning of the left one especially. The competition’s are just so much better. Each time I play I think how it’d feel much better to be playing with the other pads... and I play LESS on the other consoles!

I know I’m saying this years into owning a PS4, but after every play session I always think the same... ...the more I play with it, the more I think the Dual Shock 4 is garbage. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a huge improvement on the DS3, which was offensive it was that bad, but it’s still light years off the Xbox or Nintendo Pro Controller pads.

I’m only interested in Astral Chain, Zelda, LM3 & MP4...

I think the art style is absolutely full of charm! It almost looks like it’s stop-motion, loads of little dioramas. I like it.

This probably intrigued me the most in that Direct... will definitely keep an eye on this!

Too much turn-based shit for me. Didn’t really enjoy it... not rating the Switch’s 2019 lineup so far.

I’m hoping for news on Metroid Prime Trilogy, Pikmin 4, Luigi’s Mansion 3 and at least a couple big surprises.

Not much of a backlog on Switch... I can’t even begin to talk about my PS4 backlog though

Played with a mate and randoms tonight, got my first win too. It’s a fun game, I’ll definitely be spending more time on it, although I still feel Blackout is more me.

I reckon Nintendo should turn Battalion Wars into an online multiplayer shooter. A squad-based multiplayer, Nintendo’s take on games like Battlefield... and throw in a Battle Royale mode too.

I’m gutted that they dropped TF3 for this, but I’ll still give this a go.

Respawn’s rumoured free to play Battle Royale game, set in the Titanfall universe, is set to be announced is today... a teaser at 16:00 GMT with a full reveal later at 20:00 GMT. Releasing for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

A whetstone item, ala Monster Hunter, that enabled weapons to last longer would’ve been a good addition.

My left analogue drifts, it’s so annoying... had the same problem on the WiiU but with the right one.

I’ve been tempted to offer randoms a game on my commute when I can see they’re paying attention to what I’m playing, haha.
