True but I was just being a cheeky git, mainly because I don't think the comparison fits.

It's not "I refuse to enjoy" it's "I don't enjoy". That's not cutting your nose off to spite your face. I've played many online games, both with and without voice-chat. This, I can certainly say, all those with voice-chat I have enjoyed more than those without. For arguments sake: if Nintendoland had online and voice-chat, I'd rather play that with mates than play MK8 with them but without voice-chat, even though I think MK8 is better. At least on Nintendoland we could have a laugh and joke together which would make it more fun than MK8. The only thing is, with Nintendo you'd have to watch the original trilogy without sound.

I didn't say they've lost every gamer. I think youre reading what I said in extremes. I'd not say I said it in an extreme because the sales figures show that a lot of gamers are not buying it.

This right here, the evidence is in the numbers. The Wii sold well because of casuals, yes, but I'd wager that more gamers bought the Wii than what'll end up buying the WiiU. It was the perfect price bracket and experience for a secondary console and an impulse buy, the WiiU isn't so less gamers will be attracted to it.

Wow. Again, wow. I don't think MK8 is fantastic, it's just that simple. I've always preferred the Battle Mode to the races in MKs which is another reason I'm not too keen on MK8. I do enjoy plenty of games. Some I'll enjoy that others don't, opinions can work like that funnily enough. What you've got to grasp is simply this: multiplayer gaming with your friends is always more fun when you can chat to each other.

Good enough to keep because I can at least have a laugh with my mates by joking with them etc. the game will still be tripe but I got it for free so I'd have kept it. It's like MK8, I don't play it much because I find it soulless playing online when I can't chat to my mates. If we could talk I'd be on it much more, I'd have joined and played in the MK League but because you can't chat whilst racing it's just not fun enough to play much.

Well I'm a gamer and I'm considering not getting their next console. I'll definitely not get it on release or at full price that's for sure. So they are losing gamers, it'll not just be me.

This post is idiotic beyond belief. Seriously, wow! If I'm gaming with my friends online I want to be chatting whilst playing via party chat (for example). Yes, talking to my friends whilst gaming is that important. You wouldn't play locally with your friends and not talk to them would you, just sit there in silence?!

Nintendoland is tripe, I got it for free as a gift, traded that fucker in straight away to pay towards a better game... although I'd have kept it if it had online with voice-chat. If it had online without voice-chàt I'd still have got rid of the fucker. Not got Smash Bros because of the lack of voice-chat and I don't play on MK8 because of it's soulless online experience. Nintendo need to get up to speed with online and communication. I'd play on my WiiU if they did. Yes I'm going there, again. :p

This year I'm looking forward to more PS4 games than WiiU games, which to me just says how Nintendo are losing the gamer. The Witcher 3 WH Batman AK No Mans Sky Rime Bloodborne These are those I'm looking forward to for the PS4. On the WiiU in only looking forward to Zelda and Xenoblade CX of what's announced, granted I'm looking forward to these two more than any other games but still, only 2... unless Nintendo put voice-chat in Splatoon during the online gameplay, then this would be in there too. Nintendo have lost me with multiplayer gaming, all thanks to their attitude toward online and voice-chat. My favourite game on the PS4 is Battlefield 4, I bloody love that!

Haha, it's not that bad. It's not a great game by any means but I've sank time into it because of gaming with the guys off here and had a blast doing so. The DLC though, that's just a rip-off!

I wish I hadn't bought the Destiny DLC. What a rip-off that is!
