Well when you compare it to the 360, it's embarrassingly bad. Shite graphics, awful online, the VC is pathetic compared to Xbox live arcade and their upgraded classics, the main menu is shite compared to the menus the 360 has, no hard drive, not even an option for one. Rubbish.

Well "should" implies that they are entitled to it. They aren't entitled for their game to sell. Whenever a product is made, and shipped, the companies lose money by default. Any sales which come after are never guaranteed. I don't know how this can be debated against to be honest. Credit to you though, you are not jumping down my throat like many people do when I state this opinion.

Come on now, companies can't lose money they never had. Whenever a company makes a game, they take a risk on it not selling, they have no basic right for their game to sell at all though. For the record, I encourage people to buy the games they like, as it means keeping people in jobs, and more games coming out in the future.

Like I said before, if companies had it their own way, they'd make it illegal to buy used games, so fuck them. Just because the law says it's stealing, doesn't mean it is. As far as I'm concerned, stealing is taking something from someone, and them not having it any more. How the fuck making a copy of something got called stealing is beyond me.

I disagree. If anything, they enjoy it less. They obviously don't think games are worth the money, so can't be enjoying the games they are playing much.
