His laughing was pretty sad where an audience of Monster Hunter exists. Namco Bandai have also worked on WiiU so it seems like a missed opportunity for them as well. We could discuss sales estimates but it's typical third party cynicism in my opinion. Part of the problem is the following as w Owing to years of tactics from MS and SONY in regards to financial incentives to bring third party titles to their systems - many third parties now expect a transaction to take place. Purely on the basis that their AAA titles bring value to the MS & SONY brand. As Nintendo tend not to do this, (nor build effective online systems that can extract money from consumers easily) developers can then do a 'Rayman' on WiiU (where no exclusivity/timed exclusivity deals exist) or back out completely. It's crap for consumers in my opinion, but Nintendo don't want to venture too far down that street. I don't have the answers but it's definitely frustrating for Nintendo gamers.

PaRappa told some guy to drop dead...

Golden thread over at GAF...resulting in a rap being made. -
Yeah the 'what you bought thread' asked if I got them from Oz. Images are fine for me. Why the pic is upside down for everyone else I have no idea.
-
Images are displaying upside down? Deciphering wit on a forum can be difficult. They are the right way up for me.
-
Got mine. Nice to see Nintendo releasing some new games...(albeit in card form...)
-
Argos seem to have Australian PAL games. Their Skyward Sword box is the Oz one too.
-
My thoughts too. Asked if they had anymore, guy said nope.

The original was AAA at the time, this is Arzest with Tezuka's support. It's a shame it isn't as good as the SNES title but Yoshi's Island was Miyamoto trying to best DKC back in 1995. Thus it was smokin' hot with ideas and pitch perfect gameplay. Every Yoshi game since has diluted the initial excellence of that title. When you start off being amazing you are at risk of going down...something we've seen with numerous Nintendo franchises over the years. Just shows how good Nintendo's in-house development teams really are in my opinion. Some info on the game... - game was created by Arzest, which is made up of former Artoon employees - Arzest has a lot of former SEGA employees, including Sonic co-creator Naoto Oshima - Oshima is a producer on Yoshi’s New Island - Masahide Kobayashi is the director - Kobayashi was first credited on Asterix on the Master System - he was also a planner on Shinobi on the Game Gear - Kobayashi later directed Knuckles Chaotix and Metal Head - Kobayashi went unaccredited for nearly 10 years, only to resurface on Yoshi Topsy-Turvy - his next projects were the Xbox 360 RPG Blue Dragon and the 2010 Wii MotionPlus title FlingSmash - this lead him to his position on Yoshi's New Island

Check out the costumes on the Japanese page. The guy dressed as Dixie Kong in the video is hilarious. We need ads like this in the UK. XD http://www.nintendo.co.jp/wiiu/arkj/movie/ You're in for a surprise. It has David Wise for a start...

#09 - N-Europe: Let's Talk Games (Super Mario Land: 6 Golden Coins)

The reason there's no Nintendo LEGO? On the final stage of Mario Zone, the entire stage is made up of toy building blocks similar to Lego. Around halfway through the level there is a split path, and along the lower path one of the blocks reads "N&B". N&B Block was Nintendo's own Lego-style building block brand when they were a toy manufacturer in the 1960's and 70's. Also: loved the game back in the 90's. TV ads were even better! -

Yeah, I do think its insane. He's clearly got delusions of grandeur. Sad the is, someone else on the forum got burnt from the guy who did Earl's voice in Toe Jam and Earl. Most of these folk will be kids who are passionate bat their hobby so it's even worse. Hope he gets shafted by SONY. -
Not sure if anyone has been keeping up to speed on this one? Well worth reading the GAF thread about it as it tells a tale of passion, betrayal and online meltdowns (now in rap form on GAF). I personally find it sad that someone 'famous' for a VO has the audacity to rip a fan off. I hope the innocent parties get their money back and that Dred's reputation is tarnished enough to make him realise the error of his ways. Check it out here

The AAA model blowing up in Ubi's face? Maybe they won't go blowing their loads next time...

Wasn't my fav game but picked it up at launch. Just holding your gun sideways, gangsta style was awesome. I loved the skyscraper level. Felt like Die Hard1 and the mechanics garage level was also fun. Other than that it was forgettable with some awful levels with too much vertical shooting. The OST deserves a special mention though. Very unique and memorable. -
It even looks better than the delicious

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Really resonated with me.

Adore the music in this game so much I've done a cover of my favourite track. (from 6-2, Seashore war). Check it out http://soundcloud.com/mark-a-lee2/seashore-war-cover/s-rrKp4 Yeah, this evokes DKC2 so much. Dixie makes a huge impression IMO.
