  1. Incredibly boring service but I guess it was all required for tradition or whatever. Thought Kate looked stunning - I don't really have an opinion on wedding dresses, like when girls are all like "OH YOU LOOK SO MAGICAL!" and they just look like they usually do, but in a white dress.. but she looked gorgeous. And classy. The hats were interesting. Blah. I only watched from about 10.40 to whenever they left the church.
  2. I'm a dual UK/US citizen I think. But I'm like a sliver american, so realistically I'm British. I actually thought I was (blood-wise) more English than I am Scottish but found out the other night I really am more Scottish than I though.
  3. Be a private dancer, a dancer for money. Do what they want you to do (and any old music will do).
  4. ^ The Grant Morrison ones? Vol. 2 has been AWOL for ages, and people were charging like £90 for it. :/ VOl. 3 was in stock but now has gone the same way as Vol.2.
  5. Halle Berry's cat in Catwoman was called Midnight.
  6. Scotland.
  7. I have had frizzy, clown/wig-like, (attempted to)straight(en), pink hair. Maybe you saw a pic on here or something.
  8. I do enjoy chinese food. We go to the Rendez-Vous (resturant, but we go to the lunchtime buffet like 97% of the time) in Edinburgh a lot. It's getting more and more expensive though, to the point of not feeling worth the money. But anyway. I use to be much pickier food-wise than I am now (and I'm still a fussy eater really - but now I'll try anything, just likely not love it :/ ) and so hardly had anything that was even vaguely chinese. But now I just get a bit of anything that looks interesting. Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls (sans sauce) will always be my no.1 love in life. And Crispy Greens/Seaweed - NOWHERE does it better than Rendez-Vous. Take your pasticy seaweed from your local takeaway and shove it up yo ass bitch, this stuff is amazing. Duck pancakes are yes. And I generally just gets random bits of whatever meaty thing looks nice/is on offer. I've yet to truly dive into the more vegetably options though. I don't think i've ever had a spring roll. I'm not sure what's even in them.

    Remixes

I'd rather see a music-related post by you again rather than anyone else on this forum, including myself. :p I love 90's/house/extended mix stuff, but don't have much. I love this. I love remixes that sound like they're from a dream/a distant memory/from far away. This is so steamy. The little 70's loop during the "chorus" is urrthing. Background music, but in a good way. -- Pancake, I loved that No Doubt remix when I was younger, and the Greatest Hits/Everything In Time were the only albums I ever played, lol.
  10. T3 wasn't atrocious, just completely mediocre-bad and seems worse relative to the brilliance of the first two films. Salvation felt like a non-event. I don't hold out hope for this.
  11. *loves the fact he changed his previously Fine Art-aiming life to Filmmaking* *can offer no advice/ideas*
  12. I hate tiny/thin though.

    Remixes

One of my favourite things in life is melodic build-ups. Another is "robot voices". Better than the original by far.
  14. I don't think it was ever said they age. I wouldn't think that they would, the skin is just a covering over the endoskeleton.
  15. I hear Vertigo. What was the ending? And I need a brief summery of the event in general.
  16. You're lebanese, you're orient. -- I've only had one proper N-E dream, that I'm still stunned by. It was a Mafia game but "real", and I found out Dwarf Gourami had made a deal with a devil to win. I had no idea who to tell or trust.
  17. Am drunk, in ebed, went to a pub hen CLUB THE N/ sut up. I love no bckspace. Needed to see old friends from last year tonight. Saw them, Went to club I actively sdislike but then in one room they oplayed every song i wanted to hear. LADY MARMALADE. / crazy i just can't sleep / 5, 6, 7, 8 / STOP by Spice Girls. It was done. It was great.
  18. Everyone had such a bad time. If it helps I was taught by a paedophile once. (in P6) He was actually one of the teachers who was in charge of watching the little kids going into the shower. He was really nice and an otherwise good teacher though. And people used to call me an "emo" for like a year when I was 14/15. But it was more like "calling"/"questioning", not "shouting". And considering I wasn't, I just madonnagif'd them and moved on with my life.

  20. RE: TNT in Batman Returns. It was done so swiftly and casually that I just imagined it was like...a stunning (in the literal meaning of the word) bomb or something. Though technically I suppose it was actually...a normal bomb. :/
  21. I love the velociraptor and hipster cat so much. Two of my favourite ever images.
  22. I really enjoyed school as a whole. I think it was a pretty unique year-group - sure everyone had their group of friends, but it genuinely felt like everyone was basically even with each other. Like you could talk to anyone and everyone without it being weird. Most people I tell this to are very suprised. I don't understand if all these american teen shows are exaggerations or not, seems so silly. I have a feeling they aren't, the portrayal of cliques like that is so consistent. :/ Maybe it was just my experience, I felt like I belonged to the year group as a whole. Which is very nice. It's a private school that was all-boys until 16/17 when girls appeared. Now it's co-ed throughout the years. EDIT: I don't understand the idea that smart kids get bullied - ugh. Literally the smartest people in our year were usually "cool" too. Though it felt like the majority of the year were pretty intlelligent anyway. And there weren't any "bullies", really.
  23. I was hoping to get my Accelgor/Escavilaererer whatever today as my cousin had white and wanted to trade. Of course he's a bit slow and hadn't actually got to the first gym yet. :s
  24. Why is St. Patrick's day celebrated but not this or St. Andrew's day?
  25. Well his style and work within panels and stuff is very unique, it's not all like his cover work, that's just a nice aesthetic he uses sometimes. I agree with you mostly. Why I think Frank Quitely is king of comic artists. He's got an amazing grasp of sequential story-telling. And I love Frank Miller's art too. (like in Dark Knight Returns)
