My friends saw them at Connect Festival which I was only allowed to go to on the last day, so I missed them. Do plan on seeing them though.

Going a little party thing tonight, no costume ready, so I might just go as Joker.

Edinburgh Open Day, hadn't arranged to meet with anyone to go with, assumed I'd find them there. Course I only saw one person, and they were doing their own thing. So busy and chaotic that I left without actually seeing any talks. The queues were ridiculously long... Got info sheets and prospectus I guess.

Tomb Raider : The Last Revelation (Ending) This was my FIRST game, technically my dads, and being 7/8, it was so adult and amazing and serious, and pretty effing epic. So when this happened I was like curled in a foetal ball for a week. -
I'm having to wear something under those new ones anyway, tried them on, and the bit for wapping out one's penis is literally permanently wide open...so yeah.

Yeah, definitely the first superhero movie to feel like the hero from the page has come to life on screen. The Dark Knight doesn't really count, it's kinda too different to. And it's not too similar to the comic Bats.

Exactly. And that's a perfect example of a film that benefitted from a remake, it modernised it, which was welcome. It had it's own spin on it too (to a degree...IIRC).

To be fair, Hairspray was a surprising laugh. And I wasn't even aware of the main issue in it, until I saw it! I thought it was good. Better than it's equivalent (HSM), as if that was even questionable. ---- It's not like the original has been lost to the world, y'know.

Went Open Day'ing with a friend from school, to Glasgow College Of Art. It's...ok. I dunno. It's hard to imagine yourself being there, if you aren't, I guess. Plus they don't do a general Fine Art course, which blows. It's Edinburgh tomorrow, which will probs come across better...problem is that I want to move away from home (and the city, just for the experience, despite Edinburgh being my fave place in the UK).

£1.75 from Primark For my school play, I have to have my pants on show for a bit, and big silky red ones are more humourous than my cheapy ones, which to be fair to me, leave nothing to the imagination (the white ones)... Batman Legends no.26 I love the Ray Of Light album, and I remember watching this on TV when I was *calculates* 9 years old, and being exposed to porn for the first time, even if it was extreme hentai (in the backdrop for one of the songs IIRC). So nostalgia.

I agree with you for the most part. Obviously Soviet Kitsch and 11:11 are ten times better (dunno about Songs, don't own it, I assume so though). However, can I ask why she has to be "shy" and "sweet"? Her music shows that she's hardly a wallflower, she has rock-y tracks, and some of the subject matter of her songs is ingeniously perverted in places! I'm sure you only meant it in emphasis. It's not like she shouts "Everybody! Move yo body to the beats I iz pumping!". Though I might love that, just cause it would be the biggest joke I'd ever hear.

Bought Batman Legends vol.2 26 today, in an attempt to restart my Batman reading. Plus it's the perfect jump-on point, Batman RIP starts here, and has one of the Joker's Asylum stand-alones, and the beginning of a different Scarecrow arc.

According to someone in art class (who probably found it online or something), there can be no peace on earth while there is love. In many ways, makes sense. In other ways, doesn't.

Yeah, but that was a really pointless remake too. I think they should ban remaking things, unless it's an original take on the story. Maybe making Footloose a full musical counts, but blauauagh in general. There soon won't be a classsic that hasn't been remade.

Batman Lego Free Play is fun, and I'm going back through getting all the stuff you need to be able to switch characters to get, in the story missions. I always get a kick out of seeing Poison Ivy call forth several extremely tall flowers from conspicuously placed flower pots, on which to bounce up to hidden areas. 7.9/10

I was about to say "It needed a remake, why?", but I suppose they're turning it into a musical... *says nothing*

Fuck anyone who gets "bored" by the "non-awesome" bits! I do feel that it might be giving away stuff, but probs only cause I've read it...the average punter won't get the significance of a lot of it.

As long as he fights villains at some point.

Loads of shit I can't remember; Some Looney Tunes wallpaper. I was 4. A Skydancer...is that what they were called? Some angel-like being that flew around. A Mummy Returns t-shirt from CD:UK! A creme egg at school, in a contest of elimination based on questions. Just happened I was the last standing. The Design Prize in my year at school, this summer. The English prize in P6. The Art prize in P3! (with two other guys, who by chance are in my art class still, at the end of our school careers!) Various other things.

*cries* --- Begin To Hope's production is by no means bad.."worst" makes it sound cheap. It sounds great, but I suppose one can like it less than her more minimalist sound before. I do.

Russel Brand apologised, I just saw it on the news. He said he hadn't done officially until now, so as not to jsut be apoligising for the scandal, rather than the deed itself.
-
You're paying to see it again!? Wouldn't you rather see two different films for that money? (unless your tickets are cheap ro something)
