  1. I used to imagine (not to the degree of them having any personality/being a friend) a character, most likely Sonic, to be running and jumping over the roofs of parked cars we passed in the car. It was depressing when there were no more parked cars, as I just imagined him looking around, distraught, wondering what to do with his life.
  2. I imagined it would be like..afternoon tea with John and Polly Jean! :p --- I feel like Ok Computer has properly clicked with me, finally. The first time in ages/ever, I WANTED to listen to it fully. Still couldn't differentiate half the tracks from any other, but yeah. Obviously good etc.
  3. Maybe, though hitler's too obtuse. I might make him deformed. Or perhaps just an amputee. I've been looking at Marc Quinn, but wondering how to apply that research. He does sculptures of almost exclusively all amputees or the deformed.
  4. Don't worry I know it all, the school's attitude etc. It's a personal choice. I don't feel like I'm grounded in what I want to do or even how, art-wise. Sure the first year at dundee is a general year, and sort of meant for that, but I like the "scruffiness" of Leith school of art...and I'd like to think it would help solidify my base (lol I like that phrase) in terms of a style or whatever. I don't have one. I'm just generally confused and unfocused. So yeah, personal choice. Most people have said i'd be fine at Dundee, and they're probably right, but the world won't end if I go a year later, I say Also, the school didn't tell me to go to Leith. :awesome: I guess I'm just brilliant enough to avoid that suggestion (I know some people who were suggested it).
  5. Oh joy. I sent my UCAS later that a lot of people. As, in about 3+ weeks ago. I was wondering why I'd not got any sort of confirmation of my UCAs application yet, and kept going onto the site itself, wondering if maybe the confirmation would be there (from the colleges/unis I mean). Then I read the tiny print that said it was being looked over by the coordinator or whatever its called. I.e a teacher at school. I'd bet a zillion squids that what I sent off is sent to the coordinators school e-mail, not their personal one. Great. So I've basically ballsed up my UCAS. I technically don't mind, as I want to go to Leith School Of Art anyway (direct application, not through UCAS), but I was going to apply for deferred entry to Dundee...

  7. Thanks, not sure atm. I think just like a standard baby, in that kinda flower thing she's holding. I might play with the halo it'll have though. Something to diffrentiate it from the one the mother has. (to suggest...something :p)
  8. This is brilliant. "Pussygrinder (feat. Sheryl Crow)":grin:
  9. Has..the font on the forum changed? Or am I going insane? I was just on a ridiculously brightly coloured/huge fonted forum so maybe the change is causing me to hallucinate.
  10. That's my kinda my reasoning (based on what I know of what Invincible's like).
  11. I really want to say Bjork, but I'll just say Porn.
  12. Post is the name of a Bjork album. On her last album, she utilised boat noises from a shipping yard or port.
  13. Having done no work this holiday yet (chronic procrastination ) I finally did something. Albiet the least "essential" work to do. I did a sketch for a painting/big peice I want to do this holiday. I'm looking at haloes in general. This is my Virgin Mary and child. The proportions aren't right, and the hands are pretty guff, but I like how evil she looks. Worked from a photo obv. but changed bits.
  14. I joined up, what happened next is in the PYP thread. Turns out they don't want spaces between the numbers in your card number. I might hold off on Invincible for now. I do want to get into it, but £20 for it is (probably amazing value) too much for for something I'll breeze through very quickly. (At the moment)
  15. £12 £8.95 A charity album featuring loads of generally awesome indie people. And by indie I don't mean Kings Of Leon, or whoever popularly falls under that tag. £6.99
  16. Oh my lord! I don't even want it on my ipod that much, I just thought that was good price! Oh wait, I tried signing up to Play.com this morning and it wouldn't let me. I entered my card number and it told me it wasn't valid. (Which I know it is, having bought from this very morning) I assume my card isn't one they accept? Annoying. Might try again.
  17. I'm temptedings to spend £23 on Series 1 of The Wire for iTunes/iPod. Over Invincible.
  18. I'll put your leg in a cast!
  19. Bind that whore in leather!
  20. There is no cheaper I can find (after a brief scan). *sighs* I dunno. I'll keep it in mind.
  21. Battlestar Galactica Question; When, if ever, will both parts of Season 4 be collected together in DVD form? I hate the idea of spending 50 pounds for both halfs. (Not in the BSG thread to avoid spoilers)
  22. £20 of my precious £75. Plus P+P. Unless I buy something else too.
  23. Sorry to hear that bluey!
  24. Charlie's Angels I always enjoyed this film. My sister and I have seen it so many times, as it was one of the only DVD's we had when we first got a DVD player.
  25. I wasn't "fooled" per se. I assumed it was just wrong/broked, and I was going to send a PM asking about it (not in some rage/despair)
