It just a history of having viruses in a lot of the files on offer. --- Just watched the rest of the Tori Amos DVD I got for Xmas, her most recent one, of her earliest recorded performances at the Montreuz Jazz Festival. 91 and 92 respectively. I love that she stops her song to tell people to stop talking. Brilliant. Also, Me & A Gun was brilliant here. You could see at point she turned to sing it at people (presumably who were talking or whatever). And at the end, the crowd seemed to be visibly moved. (M&AG was her first single, an a capella aong about the night she was raped. It was a fair milestone) ---- GIGS What gigs are people going to in the near future? Mine are Bat For Lashes (8th April), PJ Harvey + John Parish (26th April) and Antony + The Johnsons (4th June). 3 acts I LOVE...all performing within a month of each other. Tres happy. I still need to play Chair back for the tickets.

It's a sad day when more people know this as a 30 Seconds To Mars song... Still one of my favourite songs. FACT: The video was delayed 9 months after original slated release, due to post-production requirements. (This was 1997). The last single off the album (All Is Full Of Love) was released almost 2 years after the album, due to even more complex cgi requirements.

A lovely room, ReZ. My video will actually be legendary. As of yet, no one rivals my room in terms of...(messy) stuff. Mine could be a documentary. It would take a feature-length running time. I don't actually have a camcorder, but I'll try on my shitty digital camera.

I WANT IT TO COME OUT ON DVD! (SCC series 2) I missed the first few on TV, and hate starting late, so I want it on DVD now. It's available for Pre-order...but I'm iffy to spend it just yet. ---- Dollhouse Ep 7 Enjoyable. I loved Ms. DeWitt being high. "*gasps* ..I could eat that word. Or a crisp. Do you have any crisps?" Good -
So angry. Was watching Total Recall, but for whatever reason, a whole section is missing. Therefore I can't watch it. It was really good so far too. At the bit at the Mars airport bit, where "she" starts to have a fit.

Yeah..I'm back in a Radiohead kinda mood, so I'll be giving them all a go soon. Relistened to The Bends this morning, really like that. Lot of classic tunes. --- I just heard Beyonce's Alanis Morissette cover, on her new tour. On one hand, it's the most brilliant thing I've ever heard, on the other...it's kinda odd. EDIT: Win. The Queen of the cylons.

Been meaning to get a picture of my current hair...did photo this morning, not washed it since I got the extensions, so a bit greasy lol. I look lovely. It goes really well with my eyebrows.

Batman Forever Despite being a massive Batman fan, I'd only ever seen this once before. Been looking for it on DVD, but they (just as I started looking) stopped being printed for whatever reason. Saw it in a shop again the other day. It's awful, and just bad. Just like Batman & Robin. HOWEVER, I prefer Batman & Robin. The neon here was TOO extreme. In both films it's atrocious, trying to convey some future-noir-punk dystopiac thing, with the glow in the dark everything and the massive statues around the city, but it's too in your face here. It works better in the next one ("better" used loosely). The villains are weak. Carrey, while entertaining, is just too OTT. It's like they just gave him carte blanche to pull as many faces and scream as much as he could throughout. Two Face was done shitly, and shouldn't have been in it. Riddler needed someone to play off, but not him. Val Kilmer is my least favourite Batman. I prefer George Clooney, over him. Looks the part, but often is very wooden. Kidman's character was just balls, so I couldn't tell if she played the part well or not. But yeah. In Batman & Robin, they'd mastered the campiness, and Uma Thurman and Arnie are much better than Carrey and Lee Jones as villainous duos. Hmm. Fun but not/10

Listened to Actually by Pet Shop Boys, I remembered it was in an "Essential Albums" book I have. It was pretty good. I do like 80's stuff in that vein. I recognised the song with Dusty Springfield. Now listenng to Stainless Style by Neon Neon. I've heard only good things.

It has 2 sequels! :p A friend of mine says the second one is awful...imagine what the third is like. I think (in all honesty) they're excuses for sex scenes in school uniform. As far as I'm aware..?

I'm not offended. I don't take offence when people say they hate an artist I'm not that big a fan of either. :p But I get what you mean. (Actually i don't- Do you mean, the more I care about coming across as a preacher? otherwise it doesn't make sense to me..) I know their sound, like Neil Tennant (?) kinda sprechensang (or whatever the term of speak-singing is) over the beat etc. I might look into them at some point, more in depth.
