  1. I think it's slightly egotistical that it's him doing the vocals/shit lyrics though. In a way the kinda simplistic lyrics/nonchalant voice works, but then again, it's shit. He should just do what other producers do, and collaborate with other singers/writers.
  2. I love. I wish I knew as many ginger people. A brilliantly long neck.
  3. I get shivers during "epic" songs as well. All the kinda power ballady stuff from Whitney Houston and co. Not really anymore, but when I was less familar with it. Most powerful was Llorando by Rebekah Del Rio in Mulholland Drive. Just one big shiver of awesomeness.
  4. I think it's boring and crap. The "beats" sound like they were taken from dance anthem X from the 90's, and the rest is dull as ditchwater. Never liked him though. Acceptable In The 80's was decent for the 5 minutes when it WASN'T used everywhere. The album was less than inspiring too. I'd prefer he just produced people, In My Arms by Kylie Minogue was good, and his production works. Maybe it's just me though. :p
  5. I think it's brilliant. Also, the melodrama lacks cliche, making it, as you say, work. *fires his crossbow at Villan*
  6. Sometimes in lesson in school, one of my legs goes all "pins and needle"-sy, but not sore. But I'm scared it'll explode or something. I often get shivers/pins-needled. (But I sit with one leg under the other at my dess usually, so that's unsurprising)
  7. And This Curve, Is Your Smile And This Cross, Is Your Heart And This Line, Is Your Path Sorry. I have no idea what you're on about, but it sounds interesting.
  8. Yay, Chair just got Row D seats 7 and 8 at Glasgow Concert Hall (or wherever it is) for Tori Amos. Happy, and so in celebration; <3
  9. The first one is better. The black one looks like one of those cheap band t-shirts where an image is just pasted on and sold. The white one really works.
  10. ooh! I want X-Men Forever Prequel or whatever it's called. 90's X-men rules.
  11. What slowdown effect? I didn't see any. (It wasn't funny either. I find it more intriguing for the fact I'm watching two people living their life together and having fun. So often relationships seem to be about responsibility and important an heavy stuff, so fun is nice. That's what I take from those Scare Clair/your other videos.) I don't find only SSH funny. But more often that not, the only things I find hilarious are things my friends and I comment on. When watching a shit film, we add commentary in our own humour, and I actually cry with laughter. But yeah, it's chat with friends that I find hysterical. For instance, I'm still lol'ing at the fact my friends and I were in hysterics last night at the fact my impression of this girl's elderly parents was me flapping my arms around and descending into a coffin. You had to be there, but yeah, comedy films and a lot of comedy TV is at best amusing to me. I still love you.
  12. Got a ceiledh for my mum's work today I have to go to for whatever reason. Can't be arsed. Bumlez. I'm so scared, as Chair can't find the presale code he got for early Tori Amos tickets. My pants are wet with fear. Stayed up all night last night playing an epic heroclix match with chair and our significant other. (part 3 of the trio) It was stunning. My X-Men vs. Chairs' Avengers vs. 3's Power Cosmic Fuck Me team. I could have won. If I'd hit with Professor x twice on Thanos (missed 4 times - bastard).
  13. You get a lift? Unfair. Although I'd be scared it would be sabotaged by fools, so I'd never go on it, if we had one.
  14. It's alright, but I think your exaggerating it a bit! Ridden with cliches "What it's like to be me" "in my shoes" the stuff about a clown crying. Eminem is one of the few rap artists I actually like though. I might listen to the whole album at some point. Not desperate atm though.
  15. Neither of you have ever heard of the word "Jaunty"? WTF. Not even "Jaunt'?
  16. Jacaranda-loving.
  17. Is it just me that finds these intolerable "remixes" of probably once amusingly camp adverts utterly unfunny? It's like hose videos ReZ dd of himself in slow motion, then fast, then deeper voice etc. (No offence to you ReZ) I'm just left wondering why I have to watch people playing with their effects in iMovie (or whatever).
  18. I have an "english"/No accent. I've lived in Scot land all my life though.
  19. I suppose. I'm not at all interested, I'm not going to lie! :p Oh lord, a girl I was hanging out with at lunch yesterday/Wednesday was singing Untouched. I refrained from saying anything, as with her lovely singing voice, it got stuck in my head.
  20. ...that sounds like an amateur band. Hate when people are allowed to release stuff because they're famous. They sound very polished though. ---- In other news, Regina Spektor has put up a video of Dance Anthem Of The 80s on MySpace. At first I was like "Whoa wtf if this shit it's crazy" then I loved. Very intriguing, and a strange returns to the kookier days of Regina? --- Listening now. Love this one too. Right now my edited AATS is only missing Fire To Your Plain, 500 Miles and Maybe California, the rest I love.
  21. I think a lot of films fall beneath Rise Of The Machine as worst film ever. In fact, I wouldn't say it's bad as a film. Relative to the previous two, yes, of course, and it feels strange and...empty, but not the worst film ever.
  22. I love The River though. Might revisit the album, haven't done so in a while. I overplayed Scar yonks ago.
