Change Vote: Dannyboy I feel my knowledge of Mystique's changing alignment is clouding the fairly obvious here.
-
I semi-facepalmed myself at that one, but then, it's a misleading clue in a way. I'm pretty sure I know the one you mean!
-
Really? I thought that was really obvious... In other news, I gave up and looked up the answers. To my credit, they were all films I'd never seen, except 1, and after you finish, it mentions how intentionally hard it was.

Danny is Mystique, a known assasin and X-Men enemy, however, he pleaded to being good. This is not a complete stretch, Mystique has been known to work towards her own ends, and even with the X-Men, so it's all up in the air, but if we think she killed someone...

33 thus far, no help whatsoever. Stuck completely on the group of adults and children near the middle, the knight and the one that screams obvious, but I can't get, the king and the sharks. And obviously others too.

http://www.empireonline.com/crypticcanvas/ Similar to one Virgin did with bands/artists, this is a game of "spot the movies". Plus you don't have to do it in one sitting. Currently on 35/50. Wacky variation in difficulty/obviousness. Don't post too many spoilers!

Although it's sunny outside I'm inside. There's no point sunbathing, I burn. I think I once tanned mildly, due to some twist of fate, about 3 years ago. But no, I'm a pale bastard with no absorbance of sunlight. I've had dark brown hairdye lying on my desk for ages, but my hair is back to brown colour anyway, maybe using it would make it look a bit less strange (randomly differentr shades of brown in my hair), but I think I want to dye my hair blonde/white. It is study leave after all.

What more do you expect from an itv talent show that has no specification on type of act? It's a money-making exercise that offends me. Slap a sob story on an act/make them cry = monies. There's a lot more talent (at least on the singing side of things) availabe for discovery in the existing music industry/myspace/pitchfork whatever source you use.

I never knew what Journey was, until I heard that famous song Don't Stop Believing. I liked it in whatever cheesy 80's film it was in, but it's no Never Gonna Stop Us by Starship, is it?

Battle the conservative. Battle for equal rights, Ellemeister.

I don't get the native bit at the end. Is that a reference to native american? Really shite reference if it is. If so, it would be Thunderbird/Warpath. Sinister demands to know the truth! [/no indication of who I am, but I'm toying with it being my new catchphrase]

Patrick Wolf was amazing live. Sadly in the shittiest sound venue for acoustics, thankfully the sound was much better by a third in. Really only opener Oblivion that suffered. He was probab;y the best performer I've seen live, very flamboyant, jumping all over the AMAZINGLY intimate (bets kind, no differentiation basically between stage/aduience), along the walls, and messing with the spotlights, ending up running through the crowd high-fiving me during an immense version of Battle. He had great banter too, as well as just being great. Sadly couldn't do Vulture as the venue was kicking him out for almost going over time, but he made a point of annoying them by restarting a song mid-way. Blackdown and Count Of Casualty from the new album really came alive, and some songs were obviously amazing live, like Tristan and The Libertine.

Again, no lessons. And the school magazine meeting was just cancelled again. We're so screwed, without a team of the year below to do it while we're away on study leave. CUNTS! I loved just leaving school though. Tired of Hanging Around. Been revising Patrick Wolf all evening, in prepration for tomorrow night!

That video is awesome, if a bit pretentious. I wish the song were as a good as the video promises.

It's alright. I'm marvelous. Don't feel bad. :p

God, calm down. I was only bluffing. In any case, I have a feeling (knowing chair) he MIGHT have made you Mystique with intention to be neutral or town, especially if Apocalypse is the big baddie here. She was a member of the X-men recently. (still is?)

So...the end of E.R. I've watched this show the longest of anything my entire life. I watched it sporadically when I was younger as my mum has watched every episode since it started, so I was always aware of it. I came when Dr. Greene was dying..I remember that. Loved it all, really. I'll never forget how much I loved the Season 12 finale. I span around on my chair screaming. Really subtle finale, allowing for life to go on, not for everything to conclude, which was appropriate. I never liked Brenner really, his constant crying/staring at walls because he was sexually abused just annoyed me. But yeah, he wasn't that big a character anyway. Loved the series. I watched the hour long memoir thing before the feature length finale, which was sad. I did get emotional throughout the finale.- 3920 replies

I don't think the existance of military forces is a bad idea, obviously I feel it's regrettably necessary in some form. A lot of pointless conflict around the world comes from religion, which is not "natural" or embedded in our nature (just our desperate need to believe in something to give our lives purpose. Whether that means blowing up thousands of people and youself for the "promise" of 100 virgins in heavens or just a "guarantee" that you'll get into "heaven").

I always found Within Temptation to be a bit too...like a soundtrack to an rpg or something. Nothing wrong with it, but never compelled me in any way. I prefer Evanescence for the "operatic female oice over sweeping rock/piano backing" effect, personally. Maybe they're different animals. Again, a whole album of Evanescence is a daunting prospect, I prefer the odd song.

Ironic that I have some info about you? *Not enough to make any great conclusions, but it makes me suspicious...
