I hate the way I can't revise. Got a D.T (well tought at my school pfffft) 3 hour one on Friday, done little revision of note. then English AKA the Memory Test. Surely analysis of any text is hindered HUGELY by not allowing a student to have it in the exam?

I'm liking Paolo Nutini's new album, Sunny Side Up. Very different to the first one, sounds a bit more refined and less radio-made singer-songwriter. Very...Marley-esque in places.

It all depends on what you define as "evil" my dear. My research would benefit humanity in the long run...just not homo superior. All that juicy DNA-splicing and cruel (but necessary) experiments would go toward the development of stronger mutates with which to serve Apocalypse. The only way out is through, the faster we're in the better. Have a nice day, you filthy filthy gene-jokes. (I love the fact I'm not dead/allowed to post, I was obviously teleported away at the last second by Fatale to recover from my wounds- Bagsy being in the sequel)

Lycanthropy is good, but it's charming rough-around-the-edges feel also lets it down a bit (relative to his other albums). I find Wind In The Wires to be a "better version" of it, really. But To The Lighthouse is a brilliant song. And he's not yet got as insane since Childcatcher. I love Magic Position, despite it being "his worst". It's wonderfully produced, and all the songs are great. The Bachelor is just an epic though. Part 2 (this album is technically called "The Bachelor (Battle One) ), The Conqueror is coming out next year. I wonder how that'll be. The Sun Is Often Out kills me. So sad. About the suicide of his friend, a poet.

Psychic City by YACHT Already my summer anthem. Saw them on Friday, with no idea who they were, loved them (met them briefly at the end too). This song is available for free download on Pitchfork, who gave it 9/10. FREE DOWNLOAD: Psychic City I love the concept of a kitchen making a cake. ---- ALSO The Bachelor by Patrick Wolf is now out, at a BARGAIN PRICE OF £5.99 on iTunes. Likely my favourite/best album of the year at the moment, absolutely brilliant beginning to end. Highly recommend, money well spent etc. Or just Spotify it if you're a greedy bugger. But seriously. BUY. Listen. EXPERIENCE.

Died on the last level, and haven't gone back to it since. However, post-exams I'll be gaming a lot more than I am now. Loved this game.

Although it's study leave, I did intend on going into school this morning. But I got a bowling ball in my stomach, got a desert in my mouth (or so it feels). So I stayed at home/in bed. Watched Madagascar 2 with my sis (who also felt the same - curious), and then did some brief English revision, before coming in here to get my DT revision, but being distracted by the Mac. Did another level on my new file of X-men Legends 1. I hate the Morlock one. It's the lovely one on that sinking ship next.
