Did you make them up? I'll actually be so upset if you did. Considering this was the first video of yours I enjoyed properly. I hate you.

The best comic I've ever read, the out of print (as in, never to be collected in trade form) Flex Mentallo is on eBay for £41. I'm so scared, it was £18 last night. I said I'd like it was a birthday present from my parents, which justifies it. Plus it's not like I'm buying like 4 issues of some fucking shitty thing you can get reprints of for the sake of collectability. I NEED these 4 issues. If it kills me.

Hive is my college's place. It's generally full of good intentions and people without pretension. And cheap drinks. And a good mix of music genres. However, I've been to more of the George St. upmarket ones recently, and even though this thread is based on how much I hated one of them, they do make Hive look like a shithole. The toilets in Hive have no lock of them/barely a door. Which makes no sense to me. And it is rather grubby.

The fact Singer is on board is what has got me all wet. I have a suspicion they might use Kirkman's/Ultimate Prof X's relationship with Mystique and Emma...maybe not. I'm so excited (but ready for disappointment).

Ok, that made me much more interested. Azazel's inclusion makes me nervous though.

NIGHT 5 IS NOW OVER --- The playful figure once again switches two people around within the complex, much to their annoyance. One, who wasn’t even doing anything, is suddenly flung down the hall by hurricane winds. The regal woman who caused these winds strides off. Her battle-sharp senses detect another prescene behind her…someone who knew how to sneak around unnoticed to most people. But Storm isn’t most people. Storm spins, firing a blast of lightning down the hall, but nothing’s there. Before she can assess the situation, a swift blow ends her life. She hits the floor. Diageo is dead. He was Storm, the X-Men's mistress of the elements! (Town) --- Storm’s killer is slapped across the face by another person walking down the hall, who now has what they wanted, and runs away. --- The siblings finally found each other. One looked compassionately at the other. One looked murderously at the other. “I knew it was you I was looking for!” cried the blonde sibling. “…So your memory wasn’t totally fried?” grunted the grim sibling. “ I remember trying to help you! Even though all you’ve ever done is blame me for your terrible life...” implored the blonde one. “This isn’t over, not yet, but I think my coma helped…clear things up. I..I do love you. I’m so sorry.” muttered the grim sibling. “Thank you. Let’s do this thing together.” They embrace. --- Lights on Cerebra: (9) Cube Eenuh Chairdriver Zell Daft Mundi Moogleviper Dyson Coolness Bears Hellbound: (10) ReZourceman Ellmeister Jayseven Dannyboy-The-Dane Jonnas nintendo-master Nintendohnut dwarf gourami MadDog Diageo --- DAY 6 BEGINS NOW

Never watched a Blu-Ray, don't own any, as I don't have a player. I'll wait until it replaces DVD. And fact is, you're not going to walk into Fopp and find some amazing arthouse/weird/arty/foreign/stunning film for £3 on Blu-Ray (yet). So I'm not sold.

ReZ, I used your Kit Kat facts in conversation and everyone was impressed. You've already won me over, in spite of me - Don't be suprised if I fall head over feet.

I loved that aspect of it...I suppose you might have to have some sort of...CV or something, but feels stunning knowing if you try hard enough you could write or draw a little story to go in. I might write something. (Since I can't draw comicy stuff very well...strangely. I'm only ever decent when drawing from life)

3 blocks is a fair distance. A good 7 minute walk. IIRC. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically nowhere near the site.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to get it. Sounds brilliant. There's not enough focus on comic books over here, which is bizarre since so much big comics talent in from the UK/Scottish.

Rokhed is the internet funny man ReZ always wanted to be.

Yeah, but the current arc is actually titled "Twilight" IIRC. I stopped after the one they go visit Oz in wherever and they RIDICULOUSLY decide never to use magic in case Twlight and his evil gang can track them via like magic signals or something. So they just decide to fight a war without magic? Unless I missed something...I got a bit sick of it. And the undefinitive art pissed me off.

I wasn't even aware they were with different publishers. I didn't like the Angel comic so stopped...I'm a few issues behind on Buffy Season 8...it was rubbish, got decent, then this last storyline was really "..." and just made no sense to me. I haven't read any of the "Twilight" story yet though.

So, Loeb's Hulk run with Ed McGuinness comes to an end. I enjoyed it, for what it was. However, I read it once it was almost all out, not over the course of a painful 2 years, so yeah. It was satisfyingly comic booky, and I liked the recent crossovers with Incredible Hulk. And McGuinness' art is very chunky and round and pleasing. Loeb is best (nowadays) when he's not trying to be too clever or "cool". That said, this hasn't been a run of particular note. Now I'm looking foward to Red Hulk joining the Avengers...they set it up decently at the end of 24, but I wanna see how he fits (or doesn't) on the team. Other thoughts on this weeks comics Fraction is an alright Uncanny X-Men writer, his issues just feel very unsatisfying until the "big finish". And Whilce Portacio's art is horrible. It's like a sketchy version of what he meant to do, and inconsistantly stylised, which is a big no-no. Turns out he used to be a lot better in the 90's. JSA/JLA is still entertaining, if inessential. Lol at Jadesidian. Thought Secret Avengers was cool, as was New Avengers. I think Immonen's art makes New Avengers though. Love it. I still can't bear Spidey and Wolvey on both main Avengers teams.

Being part of Buffy must have been that atrocious band Hepburn's finest moment. I've never had a paid job I've quit. *leaves thread*

He really puts me off, but he's amusing when I do watch what he's in (which is rarely). But the thought of watching one of his films makes me a bit ill. I never want to. But no, I find Extras and Office (not seen very much of that though) amusing enough in small amounts.

ReZ's idiotic "other facebook personality" Vauchian Dolszki is friends with one of my friend's little brothers! I think ReZ must have just targeted random friends of mine to add...

Mother! Are these on sale? *assumes they must be due to your post* Shits. I'm running to the shop tomorrow morn. -
I've always put the bins out around my house. It was my "job" when I was younger, now I do it cause I'm nice/I'm stronger than anyone else in the house. My mum used to go on "chavwatch", cause I was scared of chavs ambushing me on the 5m walk to the bins outside.

I'm not currently in a chocolate mood. Milk chocolate makes me feel a bit blah to think of these days. It's dark or nothing. Unless it's like chocolatier stuff. However, I really fancy things I haven't seen since I was little, where it was a little square made of milk chocolate, and the picture or character featured on each square was made of white chocolate. I loved them. -
Not really. You said before work at Hollister, so presumably you're one of those deemed acceptable as attractive by society, and generally look fine and "normal". It's not the same for those of us who can barely stand to look at ourselves in the mirror, or photos. [/dramatic/over the top]

Dying my hurr brown tomorrow. The combination of dying brown over pink has left me with orange-in-the-light hair now, especially since all the sun has washed it out. So hopefully back to something of my actual hair colour. I need a haircut too.
