I generally have an order based on property/series, but sometimes Aesthetics in out, so Morrison's JLA had to go at the start, rather than with my other JLA/JSA stuff. It goes Batman (and related), Superman (and related), DC Teams, and then Seven Soldiers and Final Crisis. Animal Man is after that as he bridges the gap between normal DC and Vertigo. Then Invisibles and We3 for Vertigo comics, and then my DC bit ends with DC vs. Marvel. Then it's Avengers (and related), Daredevil and Spidey, and then X-Men up till the end. Fantastic Four was after Avengers, but again aesthetics. 1602 is after X-Men related, beside my lone non Dc and Marvel stuff. Various encyclopedias and Comic Book Tattoo by Image (my BIGGEST graphic novel) bookend it all. EDIT: @ReZ, I feel so sorry for you having to box it all away. I love having all mine on display. Sure you have way more, but still.

I've got in cheap a few times cause I know one of the girls who runs the door bit, and I've always been satisfied overall cause they've always had some drinks promotion or another that was pretty good. £2.50 for double vodka + mixer the other night was win in my eyes. I never got to the VIP section the other night (though I was allowed to)..I left in a state before I could. :P Apparently it's nice? Dunno what's in there.

I never realised you had to tip the strange man in the toilets. The other night at Opal Lounge (one of the few nice/up their own arses ones I actually quite like), I remember I just shook his hand and smiled, backing out the door. Then I ran to the dancefloor cause Commander by Kelly Rowland was on and I had to sing and dance along.

Ganepark went to Chair and I's secondary school. --- I tend to have things where during a day, I'll hear or have a word come up (in various ways) that'll be unusual, or I'll learn the meaning of it or something like that, then the next day, or very soo afterwards, I'll see or hear that word used again. Despite never/rarely seeing and hearing it for like...ever before I heard it the first time. Dunno if that makes sense. It's like I'd hear an interesting word like "preamble" or something (more unique than that usually), then next day suddenly see and hear it all over the place. Though I assume it's just due to being more aware of the word, and picking it out more subconciously.

Bitch Spent £6.50 tonight getting bus into town, and going to a club the friends that know me said I'd hate (I did), to see people from my alma mater for about 25 minutes, before I just left. Fucking full of themselves club...fair enough, it was "nice" inside, but making their customers QUEUE TO GET OUTSIDE?! Um. Kinda nice reconnecting with people, but then I realised I suddenly lose all my/have no chat with most of these people. Whereas I do with my best friends, and the friends I've made in art college since then. I just can't deal with the Edinburgh private school shit...I knew everyone in that little courtyard, and cared about seeing 5% of them ever again. I also feel really uncomfortable in places where the only ugly person in the entire place is you (well, all the others carry themselves with confidence). ---- I question how deserving this is of a thread, whoever Rrrriped it. Since I considered making a nightclubs thread in the first place, but decided I didn't ACTUALLY think "nightclubs are sucky" - just that one I went to last night.

She's the "first weird female" singer, and really set up all the others. In terms of it being accepted, and stuff. But yeah, she's brill. Hounds of Love is her best overall. Side 1 is all brilliant but kinda accessible songs, Side 2 is a kinda suite about a drowning woman or something. It's great. The Dreaming is her most experimental. I think my favourite is Aerial, her 2005 "comeback". It's so understated, and actually about everyday life. It's gorgeous. Never heard a song describing a washing machine being turned on be so beautiful. And Dream Of Sheep is one of my favourite of hers, too, Razz. So emotive.

That looks...really good! No idea what a "professional" one would look like, but that looks professional to me. Really nice application of paint, and it all looks "right". The only Warhammer I ever had where 2 packs of Wytches. Or Wychs. Or whatever they were. I loved them. But then I traded both packs (decently but not well) painted for Pokemon Blue!

She's something a bit different to everything else popular at the moment (to a degree...it's not avant garde stuff...), thank god. Or rather, she does what's popular, a bit differently. I dunno. She's just less of a cookie cutter money machine - it seems like she has some kind of creative spark in there somewhere. I'm sick of her now, as I'm sure most are. I appreciate what she represents though.

I LOVE conceptual art. Well...I appreciate it, and I know a lot don't. Obviously it depends on the piece, I don't like/relate to everything. "Love"'s way too strong of a word to blanket an "art type" with, really.

I can't get over Wonder Woman on her horse. It's amazing. However I am over Bane's sculpt completely. Unless that's an event dial. Ugh, I hate shitty out of context ones like that.
