I don't think it's that she's being a bitch; just that she's just as lost as I am. Posting all that has helped me sort it out in my head, though. Overthinking things is definately my character flaw. It's my nature to be analytical. Oops. Did that. Haven't had a reply yet. Thing is, I do as you say later. Hold onto both options until I cant any more. So doing that isn't easy for me. I want to hold onto one of them, and putting all my eggs in one basket would admittedly either make things 100% better or 100% worse: I tend to find myself, inspite of the knowledge it's a stupid thing to do, holding onto 50% of each. This times a million. Theres never any closure; even if she says "i dont like you", it could be her saying that so theres no conflict between her and the other girl. If she says "i do like you" it could be her saying that because she feels she has to after initiating everything. There is no such thing as an absolute, especially when most of it ends up happening digitally. This. Thank you. This helps me. I shall try. Well, the party on Saturday was at a venue with seperate rooms and 200 people. This Saturday is 20 close friends in a living room, so it's a bit harder. I feel as if I probably shouldn't go, because it might make it awkward; but I feel like I shouldn't be punished (by not going) for her kissing me. If someone doesnt go, it should be her, even though she is more solidly in the group than me. But I wouldn't want that either. I'm a Cider man myself, so yes. It's ok, lols, Comparing me to yourself helps me put it in perspective; don't feel like your being insensitive if you reference yourself. Thanks alot, both of you, for even indulging me by reading it.

The thing about this question is the unknown. If you have two options, you can only make a best guess on what will be better. Lets say you have a choice of two jobs. Both seem equal, except one pays slightly better. So you take that one, live a normal life with a reasonable paycheck, get married, have kids, have grandkids, die. But if you had chosen the other job, you might end up partaking in an office lottery sweepstake, winning £10m, and living a life of luxury. Had you known that when given the choice, would the choice not have been different? There is no right and wrong; only best guess. Indeed, taking the second option may also have had the company go bust, your life to spiral into depression as you are unable to find work, your wife to leave you, and those kids to never exist. If one of those kids had been destined to be the next Prime Minister and be pivotal in the creation of world peace, then that option was most definaltey the wrong one. But you didn't know that at the time. I think what we are essentially discussing here is the Butterfly Effect.

This seems like the most appropriate place to put this.

I hate that some people think weed is as bad as heroin.

After Saturday night I have sworn myself off alcohol. Until Friday night when I intend on getting leathered to forget about Saturday night. -
N-E chooses the worst moments to go offline. Came back from a party last night needing somewhere to vent some stuff, nobody on MSN, NE broken, nobody on XBL. Needless to say I didn't sleep so well last night. Stupid server swap.

Just got back from Paintball with my mates. Absolute blast, though I'm now in total pain. Bruises everywhere and somehow despite the face mask a fat lip. I AM THE SPEEDBALL KING!

I have faith in this because the guy who designed Fort Frolic (the highlight of the game imo) is directing the whole thing this time round.

None of them grab me as must buys. Last years line up with Braid etc was far better.

Ireland makes sense. Theres the Fontaine link there.

Brawn GP is a pretty rubbish name, but nevertheless, good news. First (so far as I'm aware) image of the Brawn GP car:

I like that system. Pretty much how I would have it done. Seperate the leader well above, and also seperates the podium places from 4th a bit more.

Are those the only dates or are they doing a full UK tour?

Sorry Paj, but all I see in this thread is you basically saying "wahwahwah someone has different opinions to me I hate them", yet when you have in the past been on the other side of similar situations it is the opposite reaction you give. I can therefore proffer no sympathy too you. Was this not the same girl you were excited to be having move in with you not long ago? -
Because me and Zechs are well known for often having the same opinion. Sorry for not having the same as yours. While what's written in that Nintendo Power article all sounds so sugary and lovely, I'd take a minute to think: Nintendo Power never, ever exaggerate game hype. Also, they seem to have completely missed out on that section of the article all the new things, such as this pie throwing and poker playing, which is what I objected too in the first place. So just because the first half of an article makes it sound identical to Excite Truck, I'll maintain my scepticism until I see that they haven't taken away from what I was hoping for in an Excite Truck sequel. With this said, I believe many will remember my similar scepticism over Banjo Kazooie: N&B, which I too this day resent for not being the game I wanted. None-the-less, I enjoyed the game on it's own merits, and so I do not see why you must jump to the conclusion that I will automatically miss out on this just because it's not what I was personally hoping for. Now please pick apart my post sentence by sentence rebutting each of my statements, so that I may do so again to you. It's been at least a couple of weeks since my last Wii Discussion argument.

This can fuck right off.

Yep. Before the gig I had never really given HTTT much of a chance, and the only song I really knew from it was There There. But after them playing Myxomatosis, The Gloaming, 2+2=5, and There There, it has now become my favourite album.

Crowd in Glasgow was the best crowd I'd ever been in. Pissing rain, freezing cold Glasgow evening. Seemed like all 10000 people (estimate) who were there started singing Karma Police after they went off before the first encore. I remember the guy who stood in front of me at the start saying after the first song: "Try and hold the line steady, don't let anyone past." Then they played Jigsaw Falling Into Place, the crowd came alive and I never saw him again.

To me a gig is all about letting go and enjoying the music. Usually when you listen to sit and sing along in your mind, and if alone or drunk maybe do a little air guitar. But at a gig you can sing along at the top of your voice, jump around like a maniac, headbang like theres no tomorrow and generally let it all out. And you do this while, as Bard so perfectly put it, hearing a "stripped down, rawer version of what you heard on record". Thats why I like gigs.

What Excite Truck needs in its sequel is: The same gameplay More tracks More cars 4 player split screen Online And it would be one of my favourite games ever.

Aah, but have you also seen Radiohead? As they complete the square. My second tier, off the top of my head, consists of the likes of mwY, Alexisonfire, Incubus, Senses Fail and Weezer. I hate you.

To be honest I think that Plasma Cutter achievement may not be very difficult. If you don't buy any other guns, you'll have plenty of ammo for it, and in 99% of situations it's perfectly adequate.

Damn you Davey, getting my hopes up. With Rise Against seen, I have only Brand New and Muse to go see from my "Most Wanted" list.
